【摘要】：目的 探究年齡、性別的差異對正常人坐站轉(zhuǎn)移髖關(guān)節(jié)及足底壓力運動學參數(shù)的影響。 方法 比較正常成人在從坐到站過程中不同時期的髖關(guān)節(jié)運動學參數(shù)如關(guān)節(jié)角度變化、運動速度、時間等及足底壓力變化如壓力、壓強、接觸面積等，分別比較性別及年齡作為變量下的各個參數(shù)的差異。將符合標準的受試者151人分別按照年齡分為青年組（20-39歲）、中年組（40-59歲）和老年組（60-79歲），按照性別分為男性和女性兩組；使用由中科院合肥研究院智能所研發(fā)的足底壓力測量設(shè)備（型號： JPD4050，廠家：安徽君誠體育器械有限公司）和生物信號采集系統(tǒng)（型號：BioDAQ-32型，中科院合肥研究院智能所），足底壓力測量設(shè)備用來測量坐站轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的足底壓力變化，生物信號采集系統(tǒng)用來測量坐站轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的關(guān)節(jié)角度變化。 結(jié)果 ①髖關(guān)節(jié)運動學參數(shù)：在坐站轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的I期角度男性大于女性，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05），軀干I期速度及III期速度男性大于女性，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.01）。青年組及中年組的I期角度及所用時間明顯小于老年組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.01），青年組的坐站轉(zhuǎn)移速度較中年組和老年組快，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P分別小于0.01和0.05），坐站轉(zhuǎn)移的總時間老年組明顯均大于青年組和中年組，，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.01）②足底壓力參數(shù)：在坐站轉(zhuǎn)移的整個過程，男性的單位面積足底壓力明顯高于女性，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.01）；在轉(zhuǎn)移末期女性的足-地間的接觸面積增加明顯大于男性，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05）。I期初始壓強及結(jié)束壓強青年組及中年組明顯高于老年組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.01），III期結(jié)束壓強青年組及中年組均高于老年組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P分別小于0.05及0.01），III期面積變化比青年組小于中年組和老年組（P分別小于0.05和0.01），中年組小于老年組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05） 結(jié)論 在無輔助下坐站轉(zhuǎn)移時男性主要靠增加轉(zhuǎn)移速度、女性依靠增加足-地間的接觸面積來完成動作；同樣青年人及中年人主要靠增加轉(zhuǎn)移速度、老年人主要靠增加足-地間的接觸面積來保證動作的完成，年齡、性別可影響坐站轉(zhuǎn)移的完成。
[Abstract]:Purpose

To investigate the effects of age and sex on kinematics parameters of hip and plantar pressure in normal subjects .

method

The differences between sex and age were compared with those of normal adults ( 20 - 39 years ) , middle - aged group ( 40 - 59 years ) and old group ( 60 - 79 years ) .
The plantar pressure measuring equipment ( model : JPD4050 , manufacturer : Anhui Juncheng Sports Equipment Co . , Ltd . ) and the biological signal acquisition system ( model : Biosensors - 32 , Intelligent Institute of Hefei Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences ) were used to measure the change of plantar pressure during the transit of the sitting - station , and the biological signal acquisition system was used to measure the joint angle change during the transit .

Results

There was significant difference between the two groups ( P0.01 ) . The difference was statistically significant ( P0.01 ) . There was significant difference between the young group and middle age group ( P0.01 ) .
There was significant difference in the contact area between the middle - aged group and middle - aged group ( P < 0.05 ) . The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 and 0.01 ) . The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ) .

Conclusion

In the absence of secondary transfer , the male mainly depends on increasing the transfer speed , and the female relies on increasing the contact area between feet and ground to complete the action ;
In the same way , young people and middle - aged people rely mainly on increasing the transfer speed , and the elderly mainly rely on increasing the contact area between feet and ground to ensure the completion of the action , and the age and sex can affect the completion of the transfer of the seat station .
