成都市高校體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練的運(yùn)動(dòng)性疲勞現(xiàn)狀與防治研究

【摘要】:體育舞蹈是一項(xiàng)介于文藝和體育之間的邊緣項(xiàng)目,具備著極高的藝術(shù)性和技巧性,男女選手以嫻熟精湛的技藝,高度協(xié)調(diào)的默契配合,運(yùn)用各種“動(dòng)”、“靜”、“力”、“美”動(dòng)作,賦予了體育舞蹈豐富的藝術(shù)感染力和技術(shù)難度性的項(xiàng)目特征。作為技能主導(dǎo)類(lèi)表現(xiàn)難美性的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一,它同樣需要運(yùn)動(dòng)員通過(guò)超負(fù)荷的強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練來(lái)熟悉動(dòng)作環(huán)節(jié)、提高技術(shù)難度,以達(dá)到完美境界。而大運(yùn)動(dòng)量訓(xùn)練后,運(yùn)動(dòng)性疲勞的發(fā)生成為必然,運(yùn)動(dòng)員如果不能很好地恢復(fù),將破壞運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的系統(tǒng)性、連貫性,從而影響后續(xù)訓(xùn)練的質(zhì)量,嚴(yán)重的還會(huì)發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷,給運(yùn)動(dòng)員帶來(lái)生理和心理上巨大的痛苦。要想取得最佳的訓(xùn)練效果,就必須在機(jī)體每次承受超負(fù)荷訓(xùn)練后,使之得到及時(shí)有效的恢復(fù)和調(diào)節(jié),以達(dá)到消除疲勞,恢復(fù)身體機(jī)能的目的。 本文以現(xiàn)代生理學(xué)和傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)性疲勞的研究成果為理論依據(jù),抽樣選取成都市高校體育舞蹈專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)員作為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,調(diào)查探究得出:體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練中運(yùn)動(dòng)性疲勞的三種類(lèi)型,以形體疲勞居首位,其次為臟腑疲勞,最后是神志疲勞;發(fā)生部位分布廣泛,以足趾、踩關(guān)節(jié)最為顯著;疲勞程度多為輕中度疲勞,疲勞病程多集中于急性疲勞階段;男女學(xué)員在具體疲勞部位上存在一定差異,摩登舞相對(duì)拉丁舞更容易引發(fā)慢性疲勞。文章緊密結(jié)合項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)分析得出直接的疲勞致因,并分類(lèi)制定切實(shí)可行的恢復(fù)手段和方法,目的在于促進(jìn)體育舞蹈的科學(xué)訓(xùn)練,提高學(xué)員自我保護(hù)和醫(yī)務(wù)監(jiān)督的能力,為高校體育舞蹈運(yùn)動(dòng)的推廣和我國(guó)體育舞蹈事業(yè)的發(fā)展盡綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:Sports dance is a marginal event between literature and sports, with a high degree of artistry and skill, male and female players with skilled skills, highly coordinated tacit cooperation, the use of all kinds of "movement", "quiet", "force," The movement of beauty endows sports dance with rich artistic appeal and technical difficulty. As one of the difficult and beautiful sports in the skill-leading category, it also needs athletes to be familiar with the movement links through overloaded intensity training, to improve the technical difficulty, in order to reach the perfect state. However, after training in a large amount of exercise, the occurrence of sports fatigue becomes inevitable. If athletes cannot recover well, it will destroy the systematization and continuity of sports training, thus affecting the quality of subsequent training, and serious sports injuries will also occur. Bring great physical and psychological pain to athletes. In order to obtain the best training effect, it is necessary to make the body recover and regulate in time and effectively after every overload training, in order to eliminate fatigue and restore the function of the body. Based on the research results of modern physiology and traditional medicine on sports fatigue, this paper selects the students of sports dance major in Chengdu University as the research object, and applies the method of literature and questionnaire. The research methods of interview and mathematical statistics show that the three types of sports fatigue in sports dance training are body fatigue first, viscera fatigue second, and mental fatigue, the occurrence of which is widely distributed, with toe, foot, foot and toe. The degree of fatigue is mostly mild to moderate fatigue and the course of fatigue is concentrated in acute fatigue stage. There are some differences between male and female cadets in specific fatigue parts and modern dance is more likely to cause chronic fatigue than Latin dance. According to the analysis of the characteristics of the project, the paper draws the direct cause of fatigue, and classifies and formulates the feasible means and methods of recovery. The purpose of this paper is to promote the scientific training of sports dance, and to improve the ability of self-protection and medical supervision of students. For the promotion of dance sports in colleges and universities and the development of sports dance in China.
