大學(xué)生有氧能力監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)的比較研究

【摘要】:研究目的:我國(guó)《國(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中,大學(xué)生有氧能力的監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)采用1000m(男)、臺(tái)階試驗(yàn)指數(shù)已受到很多學(xué)者質(zhì)疑。因此,本文擬借鑒國(guó)外有氧能力的間接測(cè)定法,并分析各方法的實(shí)效性,篩選出一種或一組最佳反映大學(xué)生有氧能力的體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)。 研究方法:本文擬將最大攝氧量和通氣無(wú)氧閾作為校標(biāo),首先將1000m跑、12min跑、20m往返跑、臺(tái)階試驗(yàn)指數(shù)與進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析,其次以最大攝氧量為因變量,以篩選出的最優(yōu)間接測(cè)定法為自變量,進(jìn)行線性回歸分析,以確定各方法的優(yōu)良性。 研究結(jié)果:(1)在四項(xiàng)間接測(cè)定方法中,僅20m往返跑、12min跑與最大攝氧量的有較高的相關(guān)性,僅20m往返跑、12min跑與通氣無(wú)氧閾有相關(guān)性;臺(tái)階試驗(yàn)指數(shù)與最大攝氧量、通氣無(wú)氧閾的相關(guān)性很低,1000m跑與最大攝氧量、通氣無(wú)氧閾均無(wú)相關(guān)性。(2)以12mmin跑、20m往返跑建立的最大攝氧量預(yù)測(cè)回歸模型的擬合優(yōu)度均較高。通過(guò)相關(guān)性檢驗(yàn)和配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn)對(duì)模型的預(yù)測(cè)效果進(jìn)行比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)12min跑與20m往返跑的預(yù)測(cè)效果均較好。 研究結(jié)論:(1)1000m跑成績(jī)與最大攝氧量相對(duì)值和無(wú)氧閾相對(duì)值之間均相關(guān)性非常低。因此認(rèn)為,1000m跑不能很好地間接反映大學(xué)生有氧能力的水平。(2)臺(tái)階試驗(yàn)指數(shù)與最大攝氧量和無(wú)氧閾之間均無(wú)明顯的相關(guān)性。因此認(rèn)為,臺(tái)階試驗(yàn)指數(shù)不能較好地間接反映大學(xué)生有氧能力的水平。(3)12min跑預(yù)測(cè)模型的回歸方程擬合優(yōu)度較好,模型進(jìn)行回代檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)測(cè)值之間無(wú)顯著性差異。由此推論,12min跑是一項(xiàng)有效地反映大學(xué)生有氧能力水平的體質(zhì)健康監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)。(4)20m往返跑預(yù)測(cè)模型的回歸方程擬合優(yōu)度較好,模型回代檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)測(cè)值之間無(wú)顯著性差異。因此認(rèn)為,20m往返跑也可以有效地間接反映大學(xué)生有氧能力水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: in the National Student physical Health Standard of our country, the monitoring index of college students' aerobic ability is 1000m (male, step test index), which has been questioned by many scholars. Therefore, this paper intends to draw lessons from foreign indirect measurement of aerobic capacity, and analyze the effectiveness of each method, and screen out one or a group of best reflects the aerobic capacity of college students physique monitoring index. Methods: the maximum oxygen intake and the ventilation anaerobic threshold were used as the calibration criteria. First, the 1000m running for 12min and the 20m round-trip running, the step test index and the correlation analysis were carried out. Secondly, the maximal oxygen uptake was taken as the dependent variable. The optimal indirect determination method was used as independent variable and linear regression analysis was carried out to determine the superiority of each method. Results: among the four indirect measurement methods, there was a high correlation between 12min running for 20m and maximal oxygen intake, only 12min for 20m round-trip running and the threshold of aeration anoxia, step test index and maximal oxygen uptake. The correlation between ventilation anaerobic threshold and maximal oxygen uptake was very low, and there was no correlation between ventilation anaerobic threshold and maximal oxygen uptake. Through correlation test and paired t test, it is found that the prediction effect of 12min and 20m round trip is better. It is concluded that there is a very low correlation between the results of the 1 / 1 / 1 / 10 / 1 / 1 / 10 / 1 / 10 / 1 / 10 / 1 / 1 / 10 / 1 / 10 / 1 / 1 / 1 / 1 It is concluded that there is no obvious correlation between the bench test index and the maximal oxygen intake and anaerobic threshold. Therefore, the step test index could not indirectly reflect the level of aerobic capacity of college students. The regression equation of predicting model was better. The result of model retrospect test showed that there was no significant difference between the predicted value and the measured value. It is concluded that 12min running is an effective physique health monitoring index reflecting the aerobic ability level of college students. The regression equation of predicting model is good. There was no significant difference between the predicted value and the measured value. Therefore, it is considered that the 20 m round trip can also reflect the aerobic ability level of college students effectively and indirectly.
