【摘要】：目的研究BI-RADS3-4類乳腺病變的X線征象與病理結(jié)果的相關(guān)性。方法對(duì)2014-01~2015-08被評(píng)估為BI-RADS3-4類的181例患者共220個(gè)病灶的X線征象,采用χ2檢驗(yàn)分析其與良惡性之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果被分類為BI-RADS3類的病變71例,經(jīng)病理證實(shí)為良性者60例,惡性者11例;被分類為BI-RADS4類的病例共149例,經(jīng)病理證實(shí)為惡性者97例,良性者52例。X線征象中,腫塊形態(tài)、邊緣、周圍結(jié)構(gòu),鈣化類型、鈣化分布及淋巴結(jié)密度、形態(tài)在良惡性病變之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);腺體類型、腫塊大小、密度及淋巴結(jié)大小、數(shù)目與病變良惡性之間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 BI-RADS3-4類乳腺病變的X線征象對(duì)良惡性病變的鑒別具有重要意義,其中腫塊邊緣征象及周圍結(jié)構(gòu)在良惡性病變的定性分析中更具診斷價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between X-ray signs and pathological findings of BI-RADS3-4-like breast lesions. Methods the X-ray findings of 220 lesions in 181 patients with BI-RADS3-4 from 2014-01 to 2015-08 were analyzed by 蠂 2 test. Results among 71 cases classified as BI-RADS3, 60 cases were benign and 11 cases malignant, and 149 cases were classified as BI-RADS4. 97 cases were proved malignant by pathology, 52 cases were benign. There was significant difference in peripheral structure, calcification type, calcification distribution and lymph node density between benign and malignant lesions (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in gland type, mass size, density and lymph node size between benign and malignant lesions (P 0.05). Conclusion the X-ray signs of BI-RADS3-4 type breast lesions are of great significance in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions, and the marginal signs and the surrounding structures of the masses are more valuable in the qualitative analysis of benign and malignant lesions.
