【摘要】：正患者女,63歲。1月余前無明顯誘因出現中腹部隱痛,不伴向他處放射,不伴惡心嘔吐,精神飲食可,大小便正常,體重無減輕,體力下降。體格檢查:腹部平坦,無明顯胃腸型,肌軟,無壓痛,無反跳痛,全腹無包塊,肝、脾肋下未觸及,雙側腎區(qū)無叩痛,Murphy征陰性,腸鳴音正
[Abstract]:The female patient was 63 years old. There were no obvious inducements for moderate abdominal pain, no radiation to him, no nausea and vomiting, mental diet, normal defecation and urine, no weight loss, and decreased physical strength. Physical examination: flat abdomen, no obvious gastrointestinal type, soft muscle, no tenderness, no rebound pain, no mass in the whole abdomen, no touching under the liver and spleen, no Murphy's sign in the bilateral renal area, positive bowel sound.
