【摘要】：目的:研究分析膝關(guān)節(jié)韌帶損傷的CT與MRI影像表現(xiàn)及診斷價值。方法:隨機選取2015年3月—2016年3月本院接診的126例膝關(guān)節(jié)受到損傷的患者,對其CT、MRI的資料進(jìn)行回顧研究,對比CT、MRI對患者病情做出的診斷以及其影像表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果:MRI對前交叉韌帶撕裂診斷準(zhǔn)確率、診斷價值都顯著高于CT(P0.05);膝關(guān)節(jié)前交叉韌帶撕裂的CT影像表現(xiàn)為韌帶變寬、交叉部位斷裂且密度低;MRI影像表現(xiàn)為T2高信號、T1低信號,斷裂處有明顯的痕跡。結(jié)論:MRI在臨床上的確診率要顯著高于CT,可以為醫(yī)療人員的診治提供更精準(zhǔn)的信息,值得在臨床上進(jìn)一步推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the CT and MRI imaging features and diagnostic value of ligament injury of knee joint. Methods: 126 patients with knee joint injury were randomly selected from March 2015 to March 2016, and their CT MRI data were retrospectively studied. Results the diagnostic accuracy of the anterior cruciate ligament tear was significantly higher than that of CTP 0.05% MRI, and the CT imaging of anterior cruciate ligament tear of the knee showed that the ligament became wider, the cruciate site was ruptured and the density of the anterior cruciate ligament was low, and the MRI showed T 2 high signal intensity and T 1 low signal intensity. There are obvious traces of the fracture. Conclusion the diagnostic rate of Mr imaging is significantly higher than that of CTT, which can provide more accurate information for medical personnel, and it is worthy of further popularizing in clinic.
