野戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)練損傷冷敷及高熱降溫系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:目的:本項(xiàng)目所設(shè)計(jì)的冷敷及降溫系統(tǒng)是通過(guò)壓縮機(jī)制冷到恒定的溫度,既可對(duì)高熱病人降低體溫,也可針對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練損傷的病人進(jìn)行冷敷治療以及對(duì)腦損傷的病人進(jìn)行亞低溫治療和對(duì)術(shù)后病人通過(guò)低溫減少出血、消除水腫、加快愈合;具有耐高溫、耐低溫、抗氧化等特點(diǎn)。 方法: 1、根據(jù)裝置預(yù)期實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,設(shè)計(jì)制作出電路圖。用來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)裝置溫度采集、控制、及報(bào)警等相關(guān)功能。 2、利用編寫單片機(jī)程序,使裝置達(dá)到智能控制。 成果:成功編寫了溫度采集與控制程序,完成了整個(gè)裝置的電路設(shè)計(jì)與制作。裝置現(xiàn)已制作成品。并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了計(jì)量檢測(cè)。 結(jié)論:經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)量質(zhì)控檢測(cè),,裝置功能齊全,并且檢測(cè)結(jié)果均符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為野戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)練及高熱病人提供了有效的降溫儀器。具有非常大的社會(huì)價(jià)值及軍事價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: the cold compress and cooling system designed by this project is cooled to a constant temperature through the compressor, which can reduce the temperature of the patients with high fever. It can also be used to treat the patients with sports training injury, to treat the patients with brain injury by mild hypothermia, to reduce bleeding by hypothermia, to eliminate edema, to accelerate healing, and to have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. Methods: 1. According to the expected function of the device, the circuit diagram is designed. Used to achieve the device temperature collection, control, alarm and other related functions. 2, make use of the program of single-chip computer, make the device achieve intelligent control. Results: the program of temperature acquisition and control has been written successfully, and the circuit design and manufacture of the whole device have been completed. The device is now finished. And it was measured and tested. Conclusion: the metrological quality control test shows that the equipment has complete function and the test results are in accordance with the national standard. It provides effective cooling equipment for field training and high fever patients. It has great social value and military value.
