我國(guó)優(yōu)秀游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員水中訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷的分析研究

【摘要】:目的:研究我國(guó)優(yōu)秀游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員賽前強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練的水中訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷構(gòu)成,通過(guò)訓(xùn)練中生理生化指標(biāo)的監(jiān)測(cè),為教練員制定有效訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃提供可靠依據(jù);探求與以心率為基礎(chǔ)的計(jì)算方法相比,自覺(jué)量表沖量法作為一種方便快捷的量化訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷的方法,是否可應(yīng)用于游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)當(dāng)中。 方法:河南省優(yōu)秀游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員14名,于賽前強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練期間跟隊(duì)觀察的全部情景,記錄每堂課訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容;負(fù)荷過(guò)程中予以計(jì)時(shí),負(fù)荷后測(cè)即刻10秒心率作為運(yùn)動(dòng)中心率,采lmin指尖血測(cè)血乳酸,課后30min詢問(wèn)RPE。 結(jié)果: 1.一周賽前強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練中,中長(zhǎng)距離游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員周訓(xùn)練總量大于短距離游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員;短距離游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員無(wú)氧訓(xùn)練量及比重大于中長(zhǎng)距離,體現(xiàn)了無(wú)氧能力對(duì)短距離運(yùn)動(dòng)員的重要性。訓(xùn)練中,中長(zhǎng)距離和短距離運(yùn)動(dòng)員EN1訓(xùn)練量過(guò)大,而無(wú)氧訓(xùn)練量與國(guó)外運(yùn)動(dòng)員相比明顯較少。 2.中長(zhǎng)距離、短距離游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員周訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃安排有所差異,但都合理。隨著訓(xùn)練課訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度逐級(jí)加大,課中REC量隨之增加,運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行了更為充分的準(zhǔn)備和放松活動(dòng);各級(jí)強(qiáng)度的訓(xùn)練安排合理,其隨著運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度增大訓(xùn)練量和持續(xù)時(shí)間減少;強(qiáng)度課后的恢復(fù)期間,除EN1練習(xí)外,還可適量增加SP2練習(xí)。 3.各級(jí)強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練時(shí)的乳酸、心率均在美國(guó)能量訓(xùn)練分類方法給定的范圍內(nèi);但其訓(xùn)練中的血乳酸水平尚未達(dá)到比賽強(qiáng)度水平。 4.各運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練沖量的相關(guān)分析顯示,用RPE-TRIMP計(jì)算所得數(shù)值均高于TRIMP和SHRZ; TRIMP與RPE-TRIMP、 SHRZ與RPE-TRIMP之間均存在高度相關(guān),其中TRIMP與RPE-TRIMP相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.928-0.990(p0.01)之間,SHRZ與RPE-TRIMP相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.870-0.983(p0.01)之間。 結(jié)論: 1.賽前強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練中,中長(zhǎng)距離、短距離游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員的有氧訓(xùn)練比重過(guò)大,而無(wú)氧訓(xùn)練比重低于文獻(xiàn)水平。訓(xùn)練中,教練員能較好的把控訓(xùn)練,運(yùn)動(dòng)員的乳酸、心率均在美國(guó)能量訓(xùn)練分類給定的范圍之內(nèi),但其有效強(qiáng)度的滲透還有待加強(qiáng)。 2.與TRIMP和SHRZ相比,RPE-TRIMP作為一種方便快捷的量化訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷的方法,可用于游泳的訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷監(jiān)控當(dāng)中。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the composition of water training load of Chinese elite swimmers' pre-competition intensity training, and to provide reliable basis for coaches to formulate effective training plan through monitoring physiological and biochemical indexes in training. Compared with the calculation method based on heart rate, the impulse method of conscious scale can be used in swimming as a convenient and quick method to quantify the training load. Methods: fourteen excellent swimmers from Henan Province were observed during the intensity training before the competition, and the training contents of each class were recorded, the time was timed during the course of the training, and the heart rate of 10 seconds after the load was measured as the exercise center rate. Lmin fingertip blood was collected to measure blood lactic acid, and 30min asked 30min after class. Results: 1. In the intensity training of one week, the total amount of weekly training of middle and long distance swimmers is larger than that of short distance swimmers, and the amount and proportion of anaerobic training of short distance swimmers is larger than that of medium and long distance, which reflects the importance of anaerobic ability to short distance athletes. In training, the amount of EN1 training for middle and long distance and short distance athletes is too large, but the amount of anaerobic training is obviously less than that of foreign athletes. 2. Long-distance and short-distance swimmers have different weekly training plans, but they are reasonable. With the increase of training intensity, the amount of REC in class increases, the athletes make more preparation and relax activities, the training arrangement of intensity at all levels is reasonable, and the training quantity and duration decrease with the increase of training intensity. During the recovery from intensive class, in addition to EN1 exercises, you can increase SP2 exercises in moderation. 3. The lactic acid and heart rate at all levels of intensity training are within the range given by the American energy training classification method, but the level of blood lactic acid in the training has not reached the level of competition intensity. 4. The correlation analysis of training impulse showed that the values calculated by RPE-TRIMP were higher than those by TRIMP and shrimp, and there was a high correlation between TRIMP and RPE-TRIMP, SHRZ and RPE-TRIMP, among which the correlation coefficient between TRIMP and RPE-TRIMP was 0.928-0.990 (p 0.01) and the correlation coefficient between TRIMP and RPE-TRIMP was 0.870-0.983p0.01). Conclusion: 1. In pre-competition intensity training, the proportion of aerobic training of middle and long distance and short distance swimmers is too large, but the proportion of anaerobic training is lower than that of literature. In the training, the coaches can control the training well, the lactic acid and heart rate of the athletes are all within the given range of the American energy training classification, but its effective intensity penetration needs to be strengthened. 2. Compared with TRIMP and SHRZ, RPE-TRIMP is a convenient and fast method to quantify training load, which can be used in swimming training load monitoring.
