超低溫全身冷凍治療促恢復技術(shù)對疲勞相關(guān)指標的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討超低溫全身冷凍治療促恢復技術(shù)對機體疲勞相關(guān)指標的影響。方法:以某部隊16名戰(zhàn)士為實驗對象,按照身體基本情況隨機分為兩組:超低溫恢復組和對照組,在大強度集訓中期,超低溫恢復組利用全身冷凍治療促恢復技術(shù)進行為期2周的身體機能促恢復,對照組自然恢復。實驗期間采集2次血樣:第1周的周一及第2周的周五,分別作為基礎(chǔ)值和多次干預后的值。測試指標包括:(1)自我感覺指標:睡眠質(zhì)量評分;(2)內(nèi)分泌相關(guān)指標:血清睪酮(T)、血清皮質(zhì)醇(C)、血清睪酮與皮質(zhì)醇比值(T/C);(3)訓練負荷及組織損傷指標:血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BUN)。實驗所得數(shù)據(jù)采用平均值±標準差表示,對采集的相關(guān)指標進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果:實驗后,超低溫恢復組睡眠質(zhì)量評分明顯低于對照組。與基礎(chǔ)值比較,實驗后超低溫恢復組睪酮水平增加8.51%,無顯著性差異,而對照組該指標顯著降低(P0.01),超低溫恢復組與對照組相比差異顯著(P0.05)。與基礎(chǔ)值比較,實驗后超低溫恢復組、對照組皮質(zhì)醇水平均有增加,其中對照組變化具有極顯著性差異(P0.01),超低溫恢復組變化不顯著;超低溫恢復組與對照組相比差異顯著(P0.05)。與基礎(chǔ)值比較,實驗后超低溫恢復組、對照組T/C值均有所降低,其中對照組變化具有顯著性差異(P0.05),超低溫恢復組無顯著性變化;超低溫恢復組與對照組相比無顯著性差異。與基礎(chǔ)值相比,實驗后超低溫恢復組多次干預后CK水平極顯著性降低(P0.01),對照組增加22.20%,無顯著性變化;超低溫恢復組與對照組相比差異顯著(P0.05)。與基礎(chǔ)值比較,實驗后超低溫恢復組BUN水平極顯著性降低(P0.01),對照組增加但無顯著性;超低溫恢復組與對照組相比差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:超低溫全身冷凍治療技術(shù)在改善運動員睡眠質(zhì)量、加快機體恢復、減輕肌肉組織損傷、緩解疲勞方面具有較好作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of cryopreservation on fatigue related indexes. Methods: sixteen soldiers of a certain army were randomly divided into two groups according to the basic physical conditions: the ultra-hypothermia recovery group and the control group. The recovery of body function was promoted by cryotherapy for 2 weeks in the ultra-hypothermia recovery group and natural recovery in the control group. Two blood samples were collected during the experiment: Monday of week 1 and Friday of week 2 as base values and values after multiple interventions. The test indexes included: 1) Self-feeling index: sleep quality score: 2) Endocrine related index: serum testosterone Tnr, serum cortisol C, serum testosterone / cortisol ratio T / C / C) training load and tissue damage index: serum creatine kinase (CK), blood urea (bun). The experimental data are represented by mean 鹵standard deviation, and the relevant indexes are analyzed statistically. Results: after the experiment, the score of sleep quality in the group of ultra-hypothermia recovery was significantly lower than that in the control group. Compared with the basic value, the testosterone level of the ultra-hypothermia recovery group increased by 8.51g, and there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group, but the control group significantly decreased P0.01G, and the UHR group showed a significant difference compared with the control group (P0.05A). Compared with the basic values, the cortisol levels in the hyperthermia recovery group and the control group were all increased after the experiment, among which the changes in the control group were significantly different (P 0.01), the changes in the ultra-hypothermia recovery group were not significant, and the difference was significant in the ultra-hypothermia recovery group and the control group (P 0.05). Compared with the basic value, the T / C value of the control group was lower than that of the control group, and the change of the control group had significant difference (P 0.05), but there was no significant change in the ultra-hypothermia recovery group, but there was no significant difference between the ultra-hypothermia recovery group and the control group. Compared with the basic value, the CK level in the ultra-hypothermia recovery group was significantly lower than that in the control group after multiple interventions, but in the control group it was increased by 22.20, but there was no significant difference between the ultra-hypothermia recovery group and the control group, and there was a significant difference between the ultra-hypothermia recovery group and the control group. Compared with the basic value, the level of BUN in the ultra-hypothermia recovery group was significantly lower than that in the control group, but not in the control group, and the difference was significant between the ultra-hypothermia recovery group and the control group. Conclusion: cryopreservation therapy plays a better role in improving the sleep quality of athletes, speeding up the recovery of the body, alleviating the injury of muscle tissue and alleviating fatigue.
