【摘要】:研究目的:①觀察比較8周廣播體操鍛煉是否會(huì)引起受試者VEP、AEP、P300各指標(biāo)的變化。②評(píng)價(jià)兩種鍛煉方式對(duì)各指標(biāo)的影響。③廣播體操鍛煉不同時(shí)間P300指標(biāo)的變化。 研究方法:1受試者:經(jīng)同學(xué)介紹,并通過(guò)填寫(xiě)人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特征、PARQYOU問(wèn)卷,選取山東師范大學(xué)女大學(xué)生志愿者30名作為受試對(duì)象,均無(wú)不良嗜好,無(wú)運(yùn)動(dòng)禁忌癥。受試者被分為三組:2遍組(11)、4編組(10)及對(duì)照組(9)。2鍛煉方法:2遍組和4編組進(jìn)行8周廣播體操鍛煉,對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)期間不進(jìn)行任何相關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)。3研究?jī)?nèi)容:實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了8周廣播體操鍛煉對(duì)受試者VEP、AEP、P300各指標(biāo)的影響;不同頻率廣播體操鍛煉對(duì)受試者各指標(biāo)影響有什么不同以及第八套廣播體操鍛煉前、后不同時(shí)間P300指標(biāo)的變化。4指標(biāo)測(cè)試:①采用NDI-200神經(jīng)電檢診儀分別測(cè)試視覺(jué)、聽(tīng)覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位及視覺(jué)事件相關(guān)電位②身高體重測(cè)試:RGZ-120-RT型身高體重計(jì)③身體成分測(cè)試:韓國(guó)身體成分分析儀。 研究結(jié)果:(1)視覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位各指標(biāo)比較:①對(duì)照組在8周實(shí)驗(yàn)期間VEP各指標(biāo)并未發(fā)生顯著性改變(P>0.05),說(shuō)明VEP各指標(biāo)具有一定的穩(wěn)定性。②2遍組與實(shí)驗(yàn)前測(cè)相比,鍛煉4周后與鍛煉8周后都存在N75、P100、N145波幅呈顯著性增加(P<0.05),潛伏期有所縮短,且N75、N145潛伏期呈顯著性縮短(P<0.05)。8周后較4周后N75波幅顯著性增加,N145潛伏期顯著性縮短(P<0.05)。③4遍組與實(shí)驗(yàn)前測(cè)相比,鍛煉4周后N75、P100、N145波幅均有所增加,且N75、N145波幅呈顯著性增加(P<0.05)。鍛煉8周后N75、P100、N145波幅均呈顯著性增加(P<0.05),潛伏期有所縮短且N145潛伏期呈顯著性縮短(P<0.05)。8周后N75波幅較4周后顯著性增加(P<0.05)。(2)聽(tīng)覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位各指標(biāo)比較:對(duì)照組隨著實(shí)驗(yàn)周期的延長(zhǎng)AEP各波潛伏期均有縮短的趨勢(shì),至八周后則均有顯著性差異(P<0.05),說(shuō)明AEP各波潛伏期有隨季節(jié)改變而變化的現(xiàn)象,可能與氣溫升高相關(guān)聯(lián)。而2遍組、4遍組廣播體操鍛煉對(duì)AEP各指標(biāo)并無(wú)顯著性的影響。(3)視覺(jué)事件相關(guān)電位各指標(biāo)比較:①八周試驗(yàn)期間,對(duì)照組Pz、Cz反應(yīng)時(shí)較實(shí)驗(yàn)前有顯著性差異(P<0.05)。Pz點(diǎn)波幅較實(shí)驗(yàn)前有顯著性差異(P<0.05)。2遍組8周廣播體操鍛煉期間Pz、Cz、Fz點(diǎn)P300潛伏期、反應(yīng)時(shí)均有所短的趨勢(shì),波幅有增大的趨勢(shì)。鍛煉4周后各指標(biāo)即呈現(xiàn)有顯著性差異(P<0.05)。4遍組8周廣播體操鍛煉期間Pz、Cz、Fz點(diǎn)P300潛伏期、反應(yīng)時(shí)均有所短的趨勢(shì),波幅有增大的趨勢(shì)。鍛煉4周后部分指標(biāo)即呈現(xiàn)有顯著性差異(P<0.05)。②2遍組運(yùn)動(dòng)后即刻較運(yùn)動(dòng)前相比Fz點(diǎn)P300潛伏期及反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著性縮短(P<0.05)、波幅則顯著性升高(P<0.05);運(yùn)動(dòng)后10分鐘上述改變即可恢復(fù)。廣播體操運(yùn)動(dòng)后對(duì)照組反應(yīng)明顯,表現(xiàn)為運(yùn)動(dòng)后即刻反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著縮短(P<0.05),而廣播體操鍛煉4遍組則反應(yīng)較。≒>0.05)。③相對(duì)于對(duì)照組而言,廣播體操鍛煉組鍛煉4周后P300指標(biāo)即發(fā)生顯著性改變,但2遍組的效果優(yōu)于4遍組,似乎提示P300指標(biāo)的改變并不與鍛煉頻率成正相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:長(zhǎng)期進(jìn)行第八套廣播體操鍛煉可顯著改善VEP指標(biāo),表現(xiàn)為潛伏期縮短、波幅增加;鍛煉四周后效果即可顯現(xiàn)。對(duì)AEP各指標(biāo)并無(wú)顯著性的影響。但使Fz點(diǎn)P300潛伏期及反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著性縮短、波幅顯著性升高,但這種影響僅能保持10分鐘以內(nèi)。鍛煉4周后,做同樣運(yùn)動(dòng)量的廣播體操運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),,廣播體操鍛煉組較對(duì)照組P300的反應(yīng)減小,提示P300指標(biāo)也可作為運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的機(jī)能學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)之一。廣播體操鍛煉組鍛煉4周后P300指標(biāo)即發(fā)生顯著性改變,2遍組的效果優(yōu)于4遍組,提示P300指標(biāo)的改變并不與鍛煉頻率成正相關(guān)。 建議:本研究中在觀察廣播體操運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響時(shí)未能同時(shí)觀察Pz、Cz、Fz各點(diǎn)P300的指標(biāo),因此可能造成一些重要信息的遺漏。鍛煉前后進(jìn)行廣播體操運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)采用的組別及運(yùn)動(dòng)量不一致也降低了本研究的說(shuō)服力。建議今后的研究中能更全面觀察以更加全面地評(píng)價(jià)運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉對(duì)認(rèn)知電位的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe and compare the changes in the indexes of VEP, AEP and P300 in the subjects of radio gymnastic exercise for 8 weeks. (2) to evaluate the influence of two kinds of exercise methods on the indexes. (3) the changes of P300 indexes at different time of radio gymnastic exercise.
Study methods: 1 subjects: through the introduction of students, and by filling out demographic characteristics, PARQYOU questionnaire, selected 30 female college volunteers from Shandong Normal University as subjects, no bad hobbies, no exercise contraindications. Subjects were divided into three groups: 2 times group (11), 4 group (10) and control group (9).2 exercise methods: 2 and 4 Group for 8 weeks of broadcast exercise, the control group during the experiment did not carry out any related sports.3 research content: the experiment studied the effects of 8 weeks of radio gymnastic exercise on the subjects of VEP, AEP, and P300; the different frequencies of radio gymnastic exercises on the subjects of the subjects were different and eighth sets of broadcast exercises before, after the difference. .4 index test of time P300 index: (1) the test of visual, auditory evoked potential and visual event related potential (2) height and weight test, RGZ-120-RT type body weight meter, body composition test: Korean body composition analyzer.

(2) there was a significant increase in the amplitude of P100 and N145 (P < 0.05) after 4 weeks of exercise and 8 weeks after exercise. The latency period was shortened, and the latency of N75, N145 was significantly shortened (P < 0.05). After.8 weeks, the N75 amplitude increased significantly and the latency of N145 shortened significantly (P < 0.05). 3. The difference (P < 0.05) shows that the latent period of each wave of AEP changes with the seasonal change, which may be associated with the increase of temperature. The 2 times group, the 4 times group radio gymnastic exercises have no significant influence on the AEP indexes. (3) the comparison of the various indexes of the visual event related potential: (1) during the eight week test, the control group was Pz, and the Cz reaction was more obvious than before the experiment. The difference (P < 0.05).Pz point has significant difference compared with that before the experiment (P < 0.05).2 times, Pz, Cz, Fz point P300 incubation period during the 8 week group of radio gymnastic exercises, the reaction time has a short trend, the amplitude has a tendency to increase. The response of the control group was obvious after the broadcast exercise, which showed a significant reduction in the immediate reaction after exercise (P < 0.05), while the radio gymnastic exercise 4 times was less reactive (P > 0.05). (3) compared with the control group, the P300 index of the radio gymnastic group was significantly changed after 4 weeks of exercise, but the effect of the 2 times group was better than the 4 group. It seemed that the effect of the 2 times group was better than the group 4 times. The change of P300 index was not positively correlated with the frequency of exercise. Conclusion: long term exercise of eighth sets of broadcast exercises can significantly improve the VEP index, which shows a shortened incubation period and an increase in amplitude; the effect can be shown after four weeks of exercise. There is no significant effect on the AEP indexes. But the latency and reaction of Fz point P300 are significantly reduced. Short, amplitude significantly increased, but this effect can only be maintained within 10 minutes. After 4 weeks of exercise, when doing the same exercise exercise, the radio gymnastic exercise group is less responsive to the control group P300 than the control group, suggesting that the P300 index can also be used as one of the functional evaluation indexes of the exercise training. The radio gymnastic exercise group exercises P300 index after 4 weeks. Significant difference was observed. The effect of the 2 group was better than that of the 4 group, suggesting that the change of P300 index was not positively correlated with exercise frequency.
Suggestion: in this study, when observing the influence of radio gymnastic movement, the index of Pz, Cz, and Fz point P300 can not be observed at the same time. Therefore, some important information may be missed. The disagreement of the group and the amount of exercise used before and after the exercise exercise also reduce the persuasiveness of this study. The effect of exercise on cognitive potential was observed more comprehensively.
