【摘要】：新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)團(tuán)場醫(yī)院一體化管理是新醫(yī)改政策背景下,落實(shí)兵團(tuán)衛(wèi)生體制試點(diǎn)改革的重要決策,也是兵團(tuán)自上而下發(fā)展醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體的大勢所趨�？偨Y(jié)兵團(tuán)團(tuán)場一體化管理試點(diǎn)的實(shí)踐做法和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)改革試點(diǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議,為推動(dòng)新疆兵團(tuán)醫(yī)療體制改革、改善兵團(tuán)基層群眾醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生水平提供建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new medical reform policy, the integrated management of hospitals in Xinjiang production and Construction Corps is an important decision to implement the pilot reform of the health system of the Corps, and is also the general trend of the development of the medical association from the top to the bottom of the Corps. This paper summarizes the practical practice and successful experience of the integrated management of the bingtuan farm, analyzes the problems found in the pilot reform, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the reform of the medical system of Xinjiang bingtuan. To provide suggestions for improving the medical and health standards of the masses at the grass-roots level in the Corps.
