【摘要】：目的探討多層螺旋CT三維數(shù)字化導(dǎo)航穿刺技術(shù)在氣管前腔靜脈后病變活檢中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,提高穿刺活檢的準(zhǔn)確性與安全性。資料與方法前瞻性分析2013年1月—2015年12月收治的70例需穿刺活檢的氣管前腔靜脈后間隙病變患者,隨機(jī)分為研究組和對(duì)照組,研究組35例患者采用三維數(shù)字化導(dǎo)航穿刺儀活檢;對(duì)照組35例患者采用CT橫斷面引導(dǎo)下常規(guī)穿刺針活檢。比較兩組患者的穿刺精確度、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果研究組穿刺精確度分級(jí)高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-2.150,P0.05);研究組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為11.43%,對(duì)照組為37.14%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=6.293,P0.01)。結(jié)論多層螺旋CT三維數(shù)字化導(dǎo)航氣管前腔靜脈后間隙病變穿刺活檢明顯提高了穿刺精確度,降低了并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,具有較高的準(zhǔn)確性與安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of multislice spiral CT three-dimensional digital navigation technique in the biopsy of retrotracheal anterior vena cava disease, and to improve the accuracy and safety of the biopsy. Materials and methods from January 2013 to December 2015, 70 patients with posterior space lesions of anterior vena cava were randomly divided into study group and control group. 35 patients in the study group were biopsied with three dimensional digital navigation instrument and 35 patients in the control group were biopsies with conventional puncture needle guided by CT cross section. The accuracy of puncture and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results the accuracy grade of puncture in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant, and the incidence of complications was 11.43 in the study group and 37.14 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 2, 6.293, P 0.01). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional digital guided biopsy of posterior space lesions of anterior vena cava of trachea can significantly improve the accuracy of puncture, reduce the incidence of complications, and have higher accuracy and safety.
