磁共振成像、彩色多普勒超聲和全數(shù)字化鉬靶X線攝影對乳腺疾病的診斷價值

【摘要】:目的比較磁共振成像(磁共振)、彩色多普勒超聲(超聲)和全數(shù)字化鉬鈀X線攝影(鉬靶)對乳腺疾病的診斷價值。方法收集術(shù)前均行磁共振、超聲和鉬靶檢查、并經(jīng)病理證實的乳腺病患者70例(110個病灶),按評分法計算ROC曲線下面積并比較。結(jié)果三者聯(lián)合診斷乳腺疾病的ROC曲線下面積為(0.986)超聲(0.923)磁共振(0.882)鉬靶(0.831),三者聯(lián)合對比各種單項檢查、超聲對比鉬靶檢查的診斷效能更好(P均0.05),余組間差異無統(tǒng)計學差別(P均0.05)。結(jié)論鉬靶的診斷效能中等,超聲和MRI診斷效能相仿,均優(yōu)于鉬靶,若這3種方法聯(lián)合應用能進一步提高乳腺疾病的診斷準確率。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), color Doppler ultrasound (CDU) and digital molybdenum palladium radiography (molybdenum target) in breast diseases. Methods 70 patients with breast disease (110 lesions) were examined by MRI, ultrasound and molybdenum target before operation. The area under ROC curve was calculated by scoring method and compared. Results the area under the ROC curve of the three combined diagnosis of breast diseases was 0.986) ultrasound 0.923) magnetic resonance 0.882) molybdenum target was 0.831%. Compared with each other, the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound contrast molybdenum target was better than that of each other (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the other three groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion the diagnostic efficacy of molybdenum target is moderate, and the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound and MRI is similar, which is superior to that of molybdenum target. If these three methods are combined, the diagnostic accuracy of breast diseases can be further improved.
