【摘要】：目的分析飛行人員神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病譜特點,為新時期航衛(wèi)保障提供參考依據(jù)。方法收集空軍總醫(yī)院2005年1月—2014年12月患神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病飛行人員病歷資料243例次,按疾病、機種類別、年齡段以及飛行結(jié)論進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計。結(jié)果 1神經(jīng)科疾病住院及停飛前3位疾病均為頭痛、暈厥、腦血管病;2多集中在36~40歲;3暈厥構(gòu)成比最多的為殲、強擊機,其次為直升機,其他疾病在不同機種間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論重視飛行人員神經(jīng)科疾病,招飛時詳細(xì)調(diào)查有無家族史及腦創(chuàng)傷史,同時重視社會-心理因素對飛行員的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of nervous system disease spectrum of pilots, and to provide reference for navigation and health support in the new period. Methods 243 medical records of pilots with nervous system diseases from January 2005 to December 2014 in Air Force General Hospital were collected and classified according to disease, type of aircraft, age and flight conclusion. Results (1) the first three diseases of neurologic diseases in hospital and grounded were headache, syncope and cerebrovascular disease. The most common syncope ratio in 36 ~ 40 years old was Jian-jun, the second was helicopter, and the second was helicopter. There was no significant difference in other diseases among different types of disease (P 0.05). Conclusion attention should be paid to the neurologic diseases of pilots, to the investigation of family history and brain trauma, and to the influence of social-psychological factors on pilots.
