青少年男子體操運動員主要關(guān)節(jié)的等速肌力特征

【摘要】:背景:青少年體操動作技術(shù)訓(xùn)練越來越趨于科學(xué)化、系統(tǒng)化。利用科學(xué)的診斷方法來確定運動員的關(guān)節(jié)肌肉力量特征并針對性地實施訓(xùn)練方案,目前已成為青少年體操動作技術(shù)訓(xùn)練的主流趨勢。目的:探索青少年男子體操運動員軀干、髖和膝關(guān)節(jié)的等速肌力特征。方法:以現(xiàn)役遼寧省16名青少年男子體操運動員為研究對象,運用ISOMED2000等速肌力測試系統(tǒng)對運動員的軀干環(huán)節(jié)進行30,60,180(°)/s的等速肌力測試,并對髖、膝關(guān)節(jié)進行60,180,300(°)/s的等速肌力測試。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)軀干環(huán)節(jié)30,60,180(°)/s的屈伸肌比值分別為91.36±1.25,87.77±3.74,78.20±4.70,呈逐漸減小趨勢;(2)髖關(guān)節(jié)60,180,300(°)/s左側(cè)的屈伸肌比值分別為65.55±4.38,66.92±3.22,68.18±2.82,呈逐漸增大趨勢;右側(cè)分別為57.40±4.43,65.73±1.07,64.15±5.55,呈先增大后減小趨勢;另外,在60(°)/s下左側(cè)屈肌肌力顯著高于右側(cè),而右側(cè)伸肌肌力顯著高于左側(cè)(P0.05);(3)膝關(guān)節(jié)60,180,300(°)/s下左側(cè)的屈伸肌比值分別為50.88±4.98,54.75±4.51,58.80±7.93;右側(cè)分別為51.55±4.30,55.20±5.08,58.43±5.93,均呈逐漸增大趨勢;3個速度下左右側(cè)屈伸肌群肌力差異均無顯著性意義(P0.05);(4)結(jié)果提示,腰背環(huán)節(jié)快速力量特別是屈肌存在嚴(yán)重不足,伸肌的基礎(chǔ)力量比較薄弱;髖關(guān)節(jié)左側(cè)屈肌基礎(chǔ)力量較大而右側(cè)伸肌基礎(chǔ)力量較大,屈肌的快速力量比較薄弱,左右側(cè)肌力存在失衡現(xiàn)象;膝關(guān)節(jié)左右側(cè)肌力比較均衡,左側(cè)屈肌的快速力量和兩側(cè)伸肌的基礎(chǔ)力量有一定欠缺。
[Abstract]:Background: the technical training of young gymnastic movements is becoming more and more scientific and systematic. Using the scientific diagnostic method to determine the characteristics of athletes' joint muscle strength and to carry out the training program pertinently has become the mainstream trend of the young gymnastic movement technique training. Objective: to explore the isokinetic characteristics of trunk, hip and knee of adolescent male gymnasts. Methods: sixteen male male gymnasts in active service in Liaoning province were studied. The isokinetic muscle strength of the trunk of the athletes was measured by ISOMED2000 isokinetic muscle strength test system. The isokinetic muscle strength of the hip and knee joints was measured with the isokinetic muscle strength of 60180300 (擄/ r / s). At 60 擄/ s, the muscle strength of the left flexor was significantly higher than that of the right. But the muscle strength of the right extensor muscle was significantly higher than that of the left side (P 0.05 / 3)) the ratio of flexion and extensor of the right side was 50.88 鹵4.98 鹵4.51 鹵58.80 鹵7.93, and the right was 51.55 鹵4.3055.20 鹵5.058.43 鹵5.93 respectively, and the difference of the muscle strength between the left and the right flexion and extensor group was not significant (P0.05 / 4). There are serious deficiencies in the fast strength of the lumbar and back link, especially in the flexor muscle, the basic strength of the extensor muscle is relatively weak, the basic strength of the flexor muscle on the left side of the hip joint is greater than that of the right extensor muscle, and the fast strength of the flexor muscle is relatively weak. The muscle strength of the left and right sides is unbalanced, the muscle strength of the left and right knee is relatively balanced, the fast strength of the left flexor muscle and the basic strength of the bilateral extensor muscle are deficient.
