【摘要】：按照刑事訴訟法有關(guān)鑒定條款的規(guī)定,法醫(yī)鑒定應(yīng)在偵查人員的主持下進(jìn)行,應(yīng)遵循一定的訴訟程序進(jìn)行,這是保證鑒定程序及實(shí)體公正的前提,是獲得科學(xué)客觀鑒定意見(jiàn)的前提,本文試圖從法醫(yī)鑒定程序構(gòu)成的幾個(gè)方面,闡述法醫(yī)鑒定的程序及其構(gòu)成,以期展示專門解決案件中專門性問(wèn)題的專業(yè)性較強(qiáng)的法醫(yī)鑒定程序的內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:In accordance with the provisions of the relevant articles of the Criminal procedure Law on identification, forensic medical examination should be conducted under the auspices of the investigators and should follow certain procedural procedures, which is the prerequisite for ensuring the fairness of the identification procedures and entities. This paper attempts to expound the procedure of forensic identification and its composition from several aspects of the composition of forensic identification procedure. The purpose of this paper is to show the intension of the professional forensic identification procedure which is specialized in solving the special problems in the cases.
