【摘要】：目的下肢靜脈曲張患者在治療前后需進(jìn)行大范圍CT或X線造影檢查,接受的輻射劑量較高。本研究擬評(píng)估低劑量CT增強(qiáng)掃描對(duì)下肢曲張淺靜脈成像的價(jià)值。資料與方法前瞻性選擇臨床擬診為下肢淺靜脈曲張患者40例,根據(jù)掃描參數(shù)的不同,將連續(xù)40例患者隨機(jī)分為4組:I組(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組):120 kV,250 mAs;II組:120 kV,100 mAs;III組:100 kV,200 mAs;IV組:80 kV,300 mAs。對(duì)有效劑量(ED)、信噪比(SNR)、對(duì)比噪聲比(CNR)及圖像質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 1 I~IV組間年齡、體重指數(shù)及身高差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2 I~IV組間的ED差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3 I~IV組的SNR、CNR差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=3.7、3.6,P0.05)。所有圖像均能達(dá)到診斷要求。結(jié)論應(yīng)用較低管電壓和較高的管電流(80 kV,300 mAs)在降低輻射劑量的同時(shí),對(duì)圖像質(zhì)量影響較小,能夠滿足臨床診斷要求,可以作為臨床下肢淺靜脈曲張患者的常規(guī)掃描參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective the patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were examined by CT or X-ray before and after treatment, and the radiation dose was higher.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of low-dose CT enhanced CT in the imaging of varicose superficial veins of lower extremities.Materials and methods Forward-looking 40 patients with superficial varicose veins of lower extremity were prospectively selected. According to the different scanning parameters, 40 consecutive patients were randomly divided into 4 groups: group I (1: 120 kV), group 2: 120 kV, group 2: 100 kV, 100 mAsC, group III, 1: 100 kV, 200 mAsC, group IV: 80 kV, 300 mAs.The effective dose, SNR, CNR and image quality were evaluated.Results (1) there was no significant difference in age, body mass index and height between I~IV groups. There was significant difference in Ed between P0.05n-2 I~IV group and P0.055.3. I~IV group. There were significant differences in age, body mass index and height.All images can meet the diagnostic requirements.Conclusion the application of lower tube voltage and higher tube current (80kV / 300mAs) can not only reduce the radiation dose, but also have little effect on the image quality, which can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis and can be used as a routine scanning parameter for patients with superficial varicose veins of lower extremity.
