黃精多糖對力竭運動小鼠胸腺胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)、T淋巴細胞亞群、巨噬細胞吞噬功能的影響

【摘要】:為了探討黃精多糖對力竭訓練后小鼠胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)、T淋巴細胞亞群、巨噬細胞功能的影響,本研究以100昆明雄性小鼠,隨機分為安靜對照組、運動訓練組、運動垣低劑量給藥組、運動垣中劑量給藥組、運動垣高劑量給藥組,每組20只,在實驗結束前3 d后,每組小鼠隨機分為M、N兩個組,M組用于胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)、T淋巴細胞亞群的測試,N組用于巨噬細胞功能的測定。除安靜對照組外,其余各組小鼠進行為期20 d,隔天一次的無負重力竭游泳訓練,三個給藥組小鼠同時按50 g/kg·d、100 g/kg·d、150 g/kg·d三種劑量灌胃。測定各組小鼠胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)、T淋巴細胞亞群、巨噬細胞功能。結果表明運動后小鼠胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、巨噬細胞吞噬率、吞噬指數(shù)明顯下降。運動垣中劑量給藥組、運動+高劑量給藥組胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)、CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8、巨噬細胞吞噬率、吞噬指數(shù)顯著或及顯著高于運動訓練組,運動垣低劑量給藥組CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8顯著高于運動訓練組。運動運動垣高劑量給藥組腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)、CD++3、CD+4、CD+4/CD8、巨噬細胞吞噬率、吞噬指數(shù)顯著高于運動垣低劑量給藥組。研究提示,黃精多糖可提高長期力竭訓練小鼠的免疫能力,具有顯著免疫增強效應,其中以高劑量黃精多糖免疫效果最佳。本研究為黃精多糖在運動免疫領域的應用提供新思路。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of polysaccharides of Polygonatum flavescens on thymus index, spleen index, T lymphocyte subsets and macrophage function of mice after exhaustive training, 100 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into quiet control group and exercise training group.The mice in the low dose group, the middle dose group and the high dose group, 20 rats in each group, were randomly divided into two groups for thymus index (thymus index) three days before the end of the experiment.Determination of spleen index T lymphocyte subsets in group N was used to determine the function of macrophages.In addition to the quiet control group, the rest of the mice were given exhaustive swimming training once every other day for 20 days. The mice in the three groups were given orally at 50 g/kg / 100 g/kg / d for 150 g/kg / d at the same time.Thymus index, spleen index, T lymphocyte subgroup and macrophage function were measured in each group.The results showed that the thymus index, spleen index, CD 4 / CD 4 / CD 8, phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of macrophages decreased significantly after exercise.The thymus index, spleen index, macrophage phagocytosis rate, phagocytic index and phagocytic index were significantly higher in exercise high dose group than in exercise training group.CD _ 3 CD _ 4 CD _ 4 4/CD _ 8 in low dose group was significantly higher than that in exercise training group.The glandular index, spleen index, CD4 / CD4 / CD8, phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of macrophages in high dose group were significantly higher than those in low dose group.The results showed that the polysaccharide could improve the immune ability of mice trained by exhaustion for a long time, and had a remarkable immune enhancement effect, among which the high dose of flavin polysaccharide had the best immune effect.This study provides a new idea for the application of Polygonatum flavescens polysaccharides in the field of exercise immunity.
