【摘要】：正患兒男,7歲,發(fā)現腹膜后曩實混合性占位性病變2天。血清甲胎蛋白(alpha fetoprotein,AFP)0.86 ng/ml。超聲:肝腎間隙探及15.0 cm×12.3 cm×11.5 cm的低回聲結節(jié),邊界尚清,內部回聲不均,可見分隔及囊狀無回聲區(qū)(圖1),邊緣探及點條狀血流信號。超聲診斷:肝腎間隙腫物。CT:肝右葉見類
[Abstract]:A 7-year-old male was found with retroperitoneal mixed space occupying lesions for 2 days.Serum alpha feto protein (AFP) 0.86 ng / ml.Ultrasound: the hypoechoic nodules of 15.0 cm 脳 12.3 cm 脳 11.5 cm were detected in the interspace of liver and kidney. The boundary was clear and the internal echo was uneven. The septal and cystic anechoic areas were observed (Fig. 1).Ultrasonic diagnosis: hepatorenal interstitial tumor. CTA: right lobe of liver
