【摘要】：目的:探討中央型小細(xì)胞肺癌與鱗癌的多層螺旋CT比較。方法:選取某院經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的中央型小細(xì)胞肺癌患者43例作為對照組,同時收集同期經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的中央型肺鱗癌患者44例作為觀察組,觀察兩組患者的CT表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果:兩組患者CT征象中胸膜腔積液、遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移、心臟大血管受侵、縱隔肺門淋巴結(jié)腫大、淋巴結(jié)融合、支氣管狹窄無阻塞、肺葉實(shí)變、腫瘤不均勻強(qiáng)化、腫瘤壞死、支氣管閉塞出現(xiàn)率存在顯著性差異(P0.05);經(jīng)Logistic回歸分析,淋巴結(jié)融合、遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移、支氣管狹窄無阻塞與中央型小細(xì)胞肺癌呈正相關(guān),腫瘤不均勻強(qiáng)化與中央型鱗癌呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:中央型小細(xì)胞肺癌與鱗癌的多層螺旋CT比較存在一定差異,對兩者鑒別有應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the multi-slice spiral CT between central small cell lung cancer and squamous cell carcinoma.Methods: 43 patients with central small cell lung cancer confirmed by pathology were selected as control group and 44 patients with central lung squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by pathology were collected as observation group. The CT findings of the two groups were observed.Results: in both groups, pleural effusion, distant metastasis, invasion of major cardiac vessels, mediastinal hilar lymph node enlargement, lymph node fusion, bronchial stenosis without obstruction, lobar consolidation, uneven enhancement of tumor, necrosis of tumor were found in the CT signs of both groups.By Logistic regression analysis, lymph node fusion, distant metastasis, bronchial stenosis and non-obstruction were positively correlated with central small cell lung cancer, and uneven enhancement was positively correlated with central squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion: there is some difference between central small cell lung cancer and squamous cell carcinoma by multislice spiral CT, which is valuable in differentiating them.
