【摘要】：正病例女,27歲,體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)胰腺尾部囊性腫物,無寒戰(zhàn)、發(fā)熱,無惡心、嘔吐,無腹痛、腹脹等,體健。查體:腹部平坦,腹軟,上腹部壓痛,無反跳痛及肌緊張,肝區(qū)叩痛(-),Murphy征(-),移動性濁音陰性,腸鳴音4次/分。血常規(guī):血淀粉酶44 U/L,脂肪酶0.6 U/L(均于正常值范圍)。影像學(xué)表現(xiàn):全腹部增強(qiáng)CT示胰腺體尾部可見多囊性包塊,整體范圍約3.0 cm×4.9 cm,內(nèi)見少量脂肪密度,部分囊內(nèi)見稍高密度灶,似呈網(wǎng)
[Abstract]:A 27-year-old female patient was diagnosed as having a cystic mass of the tail of the pancreas, no chills, fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, etc.Body examination: flat abdomen, soft abdomen, tenderness of upper abdomen, no rebound pain and muscle tension, liver area percussive pain and Murphy's sign, moving turbidimetric negative, bowel sound 4 times per minute.Blood routine: serum amylase 44 U / L, lipase 0.6 U / L (all within normal range).Imaging findings: multiple cystic masses were seen in the tail of the pancreatic body and tail on the whole abdominal enhanced CT scan, with a global range of about 3.0 cm 脳 4.9 cm, with a small amount of fat density and a slightly high density lesion in some of the sacs, which appeared to be reticular.
