【摘要】：螺旋斷層治療(Helical Tomotherapy,HT)作為新型調強放射治療技術(IMRT),其照射方式采用獨特的扇形束形式,將現(xiàn)代螺旋CT和直線加速器進行有機整合以實現(xiàn)螺旋斷層調強治療。由于該系統(tǒng)功能復雜,且具有高度集成和自動化特性,監(jiān)測其運行穩(wěn)定性和可靠性并不斷給予完善、簡化其質控流程已成為HT系統(tǒng)質量保證的重要組成部分。本研究通過對前五年該系統(tǒng)質量控制(QC)結果的分析,結合新型質控設備的初步應用,總結其QA的規(guī)范化實施并探討其模式的轉變可能。
[Abstract]:As a new technique of intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRTT), Helical Tomotherapyne (HT) is a new type of radiation therapy, which uses a unique sector beam form and organically integrates modern spiral CT and linear accelerator in order to realize intensity modulation of spiral tomography.Because of its complex function and highly integrated and automatic characteristics, monitoring its operation stability and reliability and improving it continuously, simplifying its quality control process has become an important part of quality assurance of HT system.Based on the analysis of the results of QC in the previous five years and the preliminary application of new quality control equipment, this study summarized the implementation of QA standardization and probed into the possibility of transformation of its mode.
