不同海拔高度交替低氧訓(xùn)練對大鼠骨骼肌線粒體呼吸功能的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討不同海拔高度交替低氧訓(xùn)練對大鼠骨骼肌線粒體呼吸功能的影響。方法:50只雄性Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為5組:常氧對照組(C組)、常氧訓(xùn)練組(NT組)、2500 m低氧訓(xùn)練組(2500 m HT組)、3500 m低氧訓(xùn)練組(3500 m HT組)、2500 m~3500 m交替低氧訓(xùn)練組(2500 m~3500 m HT組),每組10只。除C組大鼠不進(jìn)行運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練外,其余各組大鼠分別在常氧,模擬海拔2500m、3500 m及2500m~3500 m交替環(huán)境下進(jìn)行遞增負(fù)荷跑臺訓(xùn)練和居住,每周訓(xùn)練6天,共4周。訓(xùn)練結(jié)束后處死大鼠,即刻取全血和骨骼肌樣本,梯度離心法提取線粒體,測定血液紅細(xì)胞數(shù)目(RBC)、血紅蛋白(Hb)含量和骨骼肌線粒體呼吸鏈酶復(fù)合體(CⅠ~Ⅳ)活性。結(jié)果:(1)RBC和Hb:與C組比較,各訓(xùn)練組都有顯著提高(P0.01,P0.05)。與NT組比較,低氧訓(xùn)練組都有顯著提高(P0.01)。與2500 m HT組和3500 m HT組比較,2500 m~3500 m HT組均顯著提高(P0.01)。(2)CⅠ~Ⅳ活性:與C組相比,NT組CⅢ活性顯著提高(P0.05),2500 m HT組CI活性顯著提高(P0.05),3500 m HT組CⅠ和CⅢ活性顯著提高(P0.01,P0.05),2500 m~3500 m HT組CⅠ~Ⅳ活性均顯著提高(P0.01,P0.05)。與NT組相比,3500 m HT組CⅠ活性顯著提高(P0.01),2500 m~3500 m HT組CⅠ、CⅡ活性顯著提高(P0.01,P0.05)。與2500 m HT組相比,2500 m~3500 m HT組CⅡ活性顯著提高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:低氧訓(xùn)練在提高骨骼肌線粒體呼吸鏈功能方面較常氧訓(xùn)練更具優(yōu)勢,且交替低氧訓(xùn)練效果最佳。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of alternate hypoxia training at different altitudes on mitochondrial respiratory function in rat skeletal muscle.Methods Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group (n = 10), control group (n = 10), NT group (n = 10), hypoxia training group (n = 2 500 m), hypoxia training group (n = 3 500 m HT), alternate hypoxic training group (n = 2 500 m) and control group (n = 10).Except for group C rats who did not exercise training, the rats in other groups were trained and lived under the alternating environment of 2500mg, 3500m and 2500m~3500 m, respectively, 6 days a week for 4 weeks.After training, the rats were killed and the whole blood and skeletal muscle samples were collected immediately.
