【摘要】：目的探討動脈迂曲綜合征(ATS)的多層螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)表現(xiàn)及診斷價值。方法回顧性分析該院確診的1例ATS臨床及MSCTA資料。結(jié)果 MSCTA表現(xiàn)為主動脈的左鎖骨下動脈遠端明顯瘤樣擴張,降主動脈(DAD)穿膈處迂曲延長呈S型,主肺動脈(MPA)瘤樣擴張,雙肺動脈明顯狹窄,主動脈弓分支細長、扭曲。結(jié)論 ATS的MSCTA表現(xiàn)具有一定的顯著性特征,結(jié)合臨床資料可明確診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the findings and diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in arterial detour syndrome (ATS).Methods the clinical and MSCTA data of 1 case of ATS diagnosed in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results MSCTA showed obvious aneurysm dilatation at the distal end of the left subclavian artery of the aorta. The detour at the diaphragm of descending aorta was of S type. The aortic artery was dilated like aneurysm, the bilateral pulmonary artery was obviously narrow, and the branches of the aortic arch were slender and twisted.Conclusion the MSCTA features of ATS are significant and can be clearly diagnosed with clinical data.
