【摘要】：分析了我軍隨著社會(huì)環(huán)境和自然環(huán)境的變遷,組訓(xùn)模式以及所擔(dān)負(fù)的歷史使命的變化,所面臨的重大疫情威脅來(lái)源的新趨勢(shì)、新特點(diǎn)。探討了與地方社會(huì)相比,軍隊(duì)系統(tǒng)這一特殊群體在疫情防控中的特點(diǎn),以及給疫情防控帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)。最后對(duì)比當(dāng)前美國(guó)等西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家軍隊(duì)在重大疫情防控方面的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法和發(fā)展方向,提出了我軍重大疫情防控工作應(yīng)加強(qiáng)和改善的4點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:With the changes of the social environment and the natural environment, the training mode and the historical mission, the new trend and new characteristics of the threat sources of the major epidemic situation faced by our army are analyzed.Compared with the local society, the characteristics of the army system in the prevention and control of the epidemic and the challenges to the prevention and control of the epidemic are discussed.Finally, compared with the advanced experience and development direction of the military of the United States and other western developed countries in the prevention and control of major epidemic situation, the paper puts forward four suggestions on how to strengthen and improve the prevention and control of the major epidemic situation of our army.
