不同作訓(xùn)任務(wù)對(duì)常駐高原官兵靜息狀態(tài)下生理生化指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:目的了解高原低氧環(huán)境對(duì)不同作訓(xùn)任務(wù)官兵靜息狀態(tài)下生理生化指標(biāo)的影響。方法將常駐高原官兵分為駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(海拔4030m和4600m)和野外駐訓(xùn)官兵(海拔4300m),對(duì)駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵和野外駐訓(xùn)30d的官兵進(jìn)行生理生化指標(biāo)檢測(cè),包括心率(HR)、血壓、血氧飽和度(SpO_2)、血紅蛋白(Hb)、總蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、白球比值(A/G)、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)以及AST/ALT比值。結(jié)果駐訓(xùn)官兵HR(82.25±14.10次/min)明顯高于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(74.18±9.02次/min,P0.01),其Sp O2(88.25%±2.41%)明顯低于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(89.38%±2.44%,P0.05),兩單位人員的血壓差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。駐訓(xùn)官兵Hb含量(211.6±17.4g/L)明顯高于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(199.3±22.7g/L,P0.001),其高原紅細(xì)胞增多癥患病率(55.6%)明顯高于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(25.7%,P0.001)。駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵和駐訓(xùn)官兵的血清蛋白質(zhì)含量均充足,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。駐訓(xùn)官兵的血脂異;疾÷(70.5%)明顯高于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(34.0%,P0.001),其中駐訓(xùn)官兵的HDL-C含量(0.81±0.21nmol/L)明顯低于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(1.01±0.27nmol/L,P0.001),其低HDL-C血癥患病率(65.9%)明顯高于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(29.8%,P0.001),駐訓(xùn)官兵和駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵的TC、TG、LDL-C含量及異常率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。駐訓(xùn)官兵LDH含量(273.70±136.74U/L)明顯高于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(205.19±77.94U/L,P0.01),其LDH異常率(72.7%)也明顯高于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵(51.1%,P0.05)。結(jié)論高原駐訓(xùn)官兵蛋白質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)充足,但高原紅細(xì)胞增多癥、低HDL-C血癥患病率和LDH異常率高于駐營(yíng)區(qū)官兵,嚴(yán)重威脅著駐訓(xùn)官兵的身體健康,常駐高原官兵應(yīng)適當(dāng)調(diào)整飲食結(jié)構(gòu)和科學(xué)安排訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度,定期體檢,做到早預(yù)防早治療。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the effects of high altitude hypoxia on physiological and biochemical indexes of soldiers in different training missions . Methods The physical and biochemical indexes of the officers and soldiers stationed in the area of the plateau were divided into two groups : heart rate ( HR ) , blood pressure , blood oxygen saturation ( SpO _ 2 ) , hemoglobin ( Hb ) , total protein ( TC ) , triglyceride ( TG ) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C ) , total cholesterol ( TC ) , creatine kinase ( CK ) , lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) , aspartate aminotransferase ( TC ) , creatine kinase ( CK ) , lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) , aspartate aminotransferase ( TC ) , creatine kinase ( CK ) , lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) , aspartate aminotransferase ( TC ) , creatine kinase ( CK ) , lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) , aspartate aminotransferase ( AST ) , glutamic pyruvic transaminase ( ALT ) and AST / ALT ratio . There was no significant difference in serum protein content ( P 0.05 ) between the officers and soldiers stationed in the camp ( P < 0.05 ) . The prevalence of low HDL - C ( 70.5 % ) was significantly higher than that of the garrison troops ( P < 0.01 鹵 0.27 nmol / L , P < 0.01 ) . The LDH content of the stationed soldiers ( 273.70 鹵 136 . 74U / L ) was significantly higher than that of the garrison troops ( 205.19 鹵 77.94U / L , P0.01 ) . The LDH abnormal rate was significantly higher than that in the garrison ( 51.1 % , P0.05 ) . Conclusion There is plenty of protein in high altitude training soldiers , but the prevalence of high blood cell count , the prevalence of low HDL - C and the abnormal rate of LDH are higher than those in the garrison , which seriously threaten the physical health of the officers and soldiers . The officers and soldiers of the permanent high altitude should adjust their diet structure and scientific arrangement training intensity properly , and check the physical examination regularly to prevent early treatment .
