兒童青少年雙能X線骨密度檢測(cè)的身高矯正值的建立

【摘要】:目的:通過對(duì)正常身高和矮小兒童青少年骨密度和身高的測(cè)定,了解身高對(duì)兒童青少年骨密度的影響;用身高的Z分對(duì)兒童青少年不同身高的骨密度進(jìn)行矯正,從而消除身高對(duì)骨密度的影響;建立重慶地區(qū)不同身高兒童青少年骨密度的身高矯正值的參考數(shù)據(jù),為臨床更加準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)價(jià)兒童青少年骨密度值提供依據(jù)。方法:選取重慶市6所中小學(xué)和2013年8月-2016年7月來我院內(nèi)分泌科門診就診的5-18歲矮小兒童,共9977例,其中男童4832人,女童5145人。測(cè)量所有兒童的身高,利用DXA測(cè)量每個(gè)兒童BMC、骨面積、BMD,計(jì)算出每個(gè)兒童的BMD age Z、BMD height age Z、BMD haz Z值。數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析采用SPSS17.0軟件。結(jié)果:1不同身高男女童的骨密度Z值與身高呈正相關(guān);2在不同身高男女童中未經(jīng)身高矯正的骨密度Z值均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;3通過骨密度的身高矯正后每個(gè)年齡段的骨密度Z值變化度明顯縮小。結(jié)論:1身高對(duì)骨密度有影響,身高越矮的兒童骨密度Z值越低,因此,需對(duì)骨密度進(jìn)行身高矯正;2通過骨密度的身高矯正后每個(gè)年齡段的兒童骨密度Z值變化幅度明顯縮小,消除了身高對(duì)骨密度的影響;3建立重慶地區(qū)不同身高男女兒童青少年骨密度的身高矯正值的參考數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of height on bone mineral density (BMD) of children and adolescents by measuring the bone mineral density (BMD) and height of normal and short children and adolescents, and to correct the bone mineral density (BMD) of different height of children and adolescents with Z score of height. In order to eliminate the influence of height on bone mineral density, establish the reference data of height correction value of different height children and adolescents in Chongqing area, Methods: a total of 9977 children aged 5 to 18 years old, including 4832 boys, were selected from 6 primary and secondary schools in Chongqing and from August 2013 to July 2016. 5145 girls. Measure the height of all children, DXA was used to measure the BMC and bone area of each child, and the value of BMD age height height age haz Z was calculated for each child. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results the Z value of bone density of boys and girls of different height at 1: 1 was positively correlated with their height. There were significant differences in Z value of bone mineral density (BMD) between boys and girls of the same height. [3] the changes of BMD Z value in each age group were significantly reduced after height correction of BMD. Conclusion: the height of 1: 1 has an effect on BMD. The lower the height of children, the lower the Z value of bone mineral density. Therefore, the change of Z value of bone mineral density in children of each age should be reduced obviously after the height correction of BMD was carried out. The effect of height on bone mineral density (BMD) was eliminated. (3) reference data of height correction of BMD of boys, girls and adolescents with different height in Chongqing area were established.
