BRIEF和PLIBEL方法在評(píng)價(jià)航空搬運(yùn)工人肌肉骨骼疾患中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的探討民航搬運(yùn)作業(yè)工人工作相關(guān)肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)的危險(xiǎn)部位及工效學(xué)因素。方法應(yīng)用BRIEF和PLIBEL方法,對(duì)北方某大型國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)貨運(yùn)公司249名健康男性搬運(yùn)工人的作業(yè)姿勢(shì)、力量、持續(xù)時(shí)間和動(dòng)作頻率以及17個(gè)相關(guān)工效學(xué)問題進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查與觀測(cè)。結(jié)果機(jī)場(chǎng)搬運(yùn)作業(yè)以手腕部WMSDs發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為最高,其次為背、肩和手肘部。不同作業(yè)發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的部位略有差異,行李分揀作業(yè)依次為手腕、背和肩部,工效學(xué)因素主要來(lái)自用力使用不便抓握的工具、無(wú)支撐站姿伴背部前屈與扭轉(zhuǎn)、重復(fù)或持續(xù)性負(fù)荷提舉和搬運(yùn)等作業(yè);艙外搬運(yùn)作業(yè)依次為手腕、背、肩和右手肘,工效學(xué)因素主要來(lái)自用力使用不便抓握的工具、無(wú)支撐站姿伴背部前屈、重復(fù)或持續(xù)性負(fù)荷提舉和搬運(yùn)、受限空間等作業(yè);艙口和艙內(nèi)搬運(yùn)作業(yè)依次為手腕和背部,工效學(xué)因素同艙外搬運(yùn)作業(yè)類似。結(jié)論手腕、背、肩和手肘部為民航搬運(yùn)作業(yè)WMSDs的主要危險(xiǎn)部位,不同作業(yè)類別危險(xiǎn)部位略有不同,工效學(xué)危險(xiǎn)因素主要來(lái)自不良作業(yè)姿勢(shì)、作業(yè)空間受限、工具重負(fù)荷以及勞動(dòng)組織不合理等,機(jī)場(chǎng)搬運(yùn)作業(yè)工人應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)上述工效學(xué)危險(xiǎn)因素的管理與控制,以預(yù)防WMSDs。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk location and ergonomic factors of work-related musculoskeletal disorders in civil aviation handling workers. Methods BRIEF and PLIBEL were used to study the working posture of 249 healthy male transport workers in a large international airport freight company in northern China. Strength, duration, frequency and 17 ergonomic problems were investigated and observed on the spot. Results WMSDs in the wrist was the highest risk in airport handling, followed by back. Shoulder and hand elbows. The risk areas of different operations are slightly different. Baggage sorting operations are wrist, back and shoulder. Ergonomics factors mainly come from the hard use of inconvenient tools, unsupported posture with back forward bending and torsion. Repetitive or continuous load lifting and handling operations; extravehicular handling operations followed by wrist, back, shoulder and right elbow, ergonomic factors mainly from the use of the inconvenient grip of the tool, no support posture with back forward flexion, Repetitive or persistent load lifting and handling, limited space operation, hatch and cabin handling operations followed by wrist and back, ergonomic factors are similar to the extravehicular handling operation. Conclusion wrist, back, Shoulder and hand elbows are the main dangerous parts of WMSDs in civil aviation transportation. The risk factors of ergonomics mainly come from bad working posture, limited working space, heavy load of tools and unreasonable labor organization, etc. Airport handling workers should strengthen the management and control of ergonomics risk factors to prevent WMSDs.
