人體頸椎松質(zhì)骨顯微結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能的區(qū)域性差異研究

【摘要】:目的研究人體脊柱松質(zhì)骨骨骼顯微結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能的區(qū)域性差異。方法采集6個人頸椎C5椎體標(biāo)本,進(jìn)行顯微CT掃描,應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)測量、顯微有限元分析、力學(xué)參數(shù)計算方法,研究人椎體內(nèi)解剖部位對于結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和力學(xué)參數(shù)測量結(jié)果的影響,應(yīng)用配對t檢驗比較結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和松質(zhì)骨的表觀剛度在不同部位的差異(α=0.05)。結(jié)果腹側(cè)和背側(cè)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)僅有桿狀骨小梁體積分?jǐn)?shù)(r BV/TV),R-R接頭密度(R-R junc),橫向骨小梁體積分?jǐn)?shù)(t BV/TV)存在差異,外側(cè)和內(nèi)側(cè)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)僅有平均骨小梁厚度(p Tb.Th),桿狀骨小梁平均厚度(r Tb.Th),P-P接頭密度(P-P Junc),R-P接頭密度(R-P Junc),縱向骨小梁體積分?jǐn)?shù)(l BV/TV)不存在差異,頭側(cè)和尾側(cè)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)均存在明顯差異。代表骨質(zhì)增多的指標(biāo),在尾側(cè)均大于頭側(cè),比如骨體積分?jǐn)?shù)(BV/TV),桿狀骨小梁體積分?jǐn)?shù)(r BV/TV),板狀骨小梁組織分?jǐn)?shù)(p BV/TV),骨小梁厚度(Tb.Th),骨小梁數(shù)目(Tb.N)。腹側(cè)和背側(cè)的表觀彈性模量沒有差異,表觀剪切模量存在差異;外側(cè)和內(nèi)側(cè)的表觀彈性模量在非主方向上存在顯著差異,在主方向上無顯著差異,表觀剪切模量無顯著差異;頭側(cè)和尾側(cè)的表觀彈性模量在主方向上存在顯著差異。結(jié)論(1)在頸椎椎體松質(zhì)骨,頭側(cè)和尾側(cè)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)均存在顯著差異,其余部位的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)無顯著差異。(2)在頸椎椎體松質(zhì)骨,頭側(cè)和尾側(cè)的表觀彈性模量在主方向上存在顯著差異;此外外側(cè)和內(nèi)側(cè)的表觀彈性模量在非主方向上存在顯著差異,在主方向上無顯著差異,表觀剪切模量無顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the regional differences in microstructure and mechanical properties of cancellous bone of human spine. To study the effect of anatomical position of human vertebral body on the measurement results of structural parameters and mechanical parameters. The structural parameters and apparent stiffness of cancellous bone were compared by paired t test (偽 0. 05%). Results the structural parameters of ventral and dorsal trabecular trabeculae were only the density of rBV / TVTVTV-R junction and the volume integral of transverse bone trabeculae. There is a difference in the number of NT BV / TVs. The structural parameters of the lateral and medial trabeculae were only the mean trabecular thickness and the mean thickness of the rod-shaped trabeculae and the density of the P-P Juncn R-P junctions and the longitudinal trabecular volume fraction were not different from those of the longitudinal bone trabecular volume fraction (l BV / TV). The structural parameters of the cephalic and caudal sides were significantly different, and the indexes representing the increase of bone mass were larger in the caudal side than in the cephalic side. For example, the bone volume fraction (BV / TVV), the trabecular volume fraction (r BV / TVV), the trabecular tissue fraction (p BV / TVV), the thickness of trabecular bone (Tb 路THR), the number of trabeculae (Tb. NV), the apparent modulus of elasticity in ventral side and dorsal side are not different, but the apparent shear modulus are different. The apparent modulus of elasticity on the outside and the inside has significant difference in the non-main direction, but no significant difference in the main direction, and there is no significant difference in the apparent modulus of shear in the outside direction and the medial direction. There were significant differences in the apparent modulus of elasticity between the head side and the tail side in the main direction. Conclusion the structural parameters of the cancellous bone, the head side and the tail side of the cervical vertebrae were significantly different. There was no significant difference in the structural parameters of the other parts. (2) there were significant differences in the apparent modulus of elasticity between the head and caudal side of the cancellous bone of the cervical vertebrae in the main direction, and the apparent modulus of elasticity in the outside and the medial side in the non-main direction. There is no significant difference in main direction and apparent shear modulus.
