【摘要】：目的分析癌癥患者放療后醫(yī)院感染的影響因素,為預(yù)防放療后醫(yī)院感染提供依據(jù)。方法選擇2012年8月-2015年2月醫(yī)院960例癌癥放療患者臨床資料,分析發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染的相關(guān)影響因素,并采用SPSS 15.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 960例癌癥放療患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染62例,感染率為6.46%;感染部位以呼吸道為主占53.22%;骨髓抑制程度為Ⅳ級的感染率最高29.03%;年齡≥60歲、營養(yǎng)狀況不良、病期為Ⅳ期、住院時間≥30d、有侵入性操作、行放療+化療治療方式、使用抗菌藥物的患者醫(yī)院感染率,高于同組的其他數(shù)據(jù),差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論癌癥放療后患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染的危險因素較多,應(yīng)做好相應(yīng)的預(yù)防與控制措施,以降低醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influencing factors of nosocomial infection in cancer patients after radiotherapy, and to provide evidence for the prevention of nosocomial infection after radiotherapy. Methods 960 patients with cancer received radiotherapy from August 2012 to February 2015 were selected. The related factors of nosocomial infection were analyzed, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 software.
