【摘要】：目的探討膀胱憩室癌的CT表現(xiàn)特征,提高對(duì)本病的認(rèn)識(shí)。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)膀胱內(nèi)鏡及手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的8例膀胱憩室癌患者的CT資料,觀察病灶的部位、大小、密度、形態(tài)、邊界、轉(zhuǎn)移或侵犯以及強(qiáng)化特點(diǎn)、憩室頸部的腫塊范圍、憩室的數(shù)量。結(jié)果CT表現(xiàn)特征為憩室內(nèi)結(jié)節(jié)或腫塊,呈寬基底或部分帶蒂,CT平掃呈軟組織密度影或混雜密度影,局部可見鈣化,增強(qiáng)掃描結(jié)節(jié)或腫塊呈不均勻中度強(qiáng)化,延遲掃描可見對(duì)比劑大部分充填。結(jié)論CT對(duì)膀胱憩室癌的診斷具有很高的價(jià)值,對(duì)膀胱憩室癌的臨床治療具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the CT features of bladder diverticulum carcinoma and to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods the CT findings of 8 patients with bladder diverticulum carcinoma proved by cystoscopy and pathology were analyzed retrospectively and the location, size, density and morphology of the lesions were observed. The features of border, metastasis or invasion and enhancement, the extent of mass in the neck of diverticulum, the number of diverticulum. Results CT features were nodules or masses in diverticulum, and soft tissue density or mixed density on plain scan with broad basal or partially pedicled CT scan. Calcification was seen locally, the nodules or masses were inhomogeneous and moderately enhanced on contrast-enhanced CT scan, and most of the contrast media were filled with delayed scan. Conclusion CT is of great value in the diagnosis of carcinoma of bladder diverticulum. It has important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of bladder diverticulum carcinoma.
