320排腦血管CT雙期掃描時相選擇和臨床應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:探討分析320排螺旋CT腦動靜脈雙期掃描時相的合理選擇以及臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法:回顧性分析2014年10月至2015年1月于我院行全腦動態(tài)增強掃描的48例患者的影像資料,進行最大密度投影和容積顯示后,經(jīng)雙盲法分別確定每一例腦動脈和靜脈顯示的最佳時間點,取48例患者最佳的動靜脈顯示時間點的算數(shù)平均值為最佳動靜脈期延遲時相。將此時相應(yīng)用于80例患者的腦血管檢查中,采取雙盲法對所得腦血管雙期影像評分(0~5分),并以合格條件為評分分數(shù)≥2分來計算腦血管雙期CT檢查成功率。結(jié)果:最佳動靜脈期時相為(20.55±2.38)s和(34.84±2.50)s。動脈期和靜脈期檢查成像成功率分別為97.5%和96.3%,一次檢查合格率為93.8%。結(jié)論:320排CT腦血管雙期掃描的動靜脈期時相為(20.55±2.38)s和(34.84±2.50)s時,一次檢查成功率高?色@得滿意的純動脈和靜脈圖像,為臨床提供可靠全面的圖像信息。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the reasonable choice of dual-phase cerebral arteriovenous scanning with 320 slice spiral CT and its clinical value. Methods: the imaging data of 48 patients who underwent dynamic enhanced brain scanning in our hospital from October 2014 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. After maximum density projection and volume display, the optimal time points for displaying cerebral artery and vein in each case were determined by double blind method. The mean value of the best time point for arteriovenous display in 48 patients was taken as the optimal arteriovenous delay phase, which was applied to the cerebral vascular examination in 80 patients. The double blind method was used to evaluate the cerebral vascular biphase imaging score of 0 ~ 5 points, and to calculate the successful rate of cerebral vascular double phase CT examination by using the qualified condition as the score of 鈮,
