金匱腎氣丸和運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)中老齡大鼠脂代謝影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:1研究目的 探討金匱腎氣丸和運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)中老齡雌性大鼠脂代謝的影響,以期為調(diào)節(jié)中老年女性脂代謝紊亂找出科學(xué)合理的干預(yù)方法和理論依據(jù)。 2研究方法 選取雌性12月齡wistar大鼠80只,將大鼠按體重隨機(jī)分為八大組,即對(duì)照組(A)、服藥組(B)、20min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(C1)、40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(C2)、60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(C3)、服藥20min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(D1)、服藥40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(D2)和服藥60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(D3)。8周服藥和跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練后,取血測(cè)血清膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C、LDL-C)的含量以及血清脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)的活性。所有數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。 3實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果 與對(duì)照組比較,服藥組血中TC、TG、LDL-C明顯降低,而HDL-C顯著升高(P<0.O5),而運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)血清TC和HDL-C無(wú)顯著差異;40min、60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組血中TG明顯降低(P<0.O5),而服藥40min和60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組TG非常顯著降低(P<0.O1),并且顯著低于單純服藥組和40min、60min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(P<0.O5);40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組血中LDL-C顯著降低(P<0.O5),而服藥40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組LDL-C非常顯著降低(P<0.O1),并且顯著低于單純服藥組和40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(P<0.O5);與對(duì)照組比較,服藥組和40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組血中LPL活性顯著升高(P<0.O5),服藥40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組血LPL活性非常顯著升高(P<0.O1),并且顯著高于服藥組和40min運(yùn)動(dòng)組(P<0.O5);與對(duì)照組相比,服藥組和其它各組血HL活性均無(wú)顯著影響作用。 4結(jié)論 4.1單純的服用金匱腎氣丸能顯著抑制中老齡大鼠血中TC、TG、LDL-C含量的上升,促進(jìn)HDL-C含量以及LPL活性的升高,提示金匱腎氣丸具有一定的調(diào)節(jié)脂代謝的作用。 4.2運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠顯著降低中老齡大鼠血中TG、LDL-C含量以及升高LPL活性,,提示適宜量的運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠改善中老齡大鼠的脂代謝紊亂。 4.3服用金匱腎氣丸與運(yùn)動(dòng)相結(jié)合對(duì)降低中老齡大鼠血中TG、LDL-C水平以及提高LPL活性有非常顯著的作用,且效果優(yōu)于單純服藥和運(yùn)動(dòng),提示服用金匱腎氣丸結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)中老齡大鼠脂代謝有很好的作用。
[Abstract]:1 purpose of research. To explore the effect of Jinkui Shenqi pills and exercise on lipid metabolism in middle-aged and aged female rats in order to find scientific and reasonable intervention methods and theoretical basis for regulating lipid metabolism disorder of middle-aged and aged women. 2 research methods. Eighty female 12-month-old wistar rats were randomly divided into eight groups according to their body weight. In the control group, C _ (1) and C _ (1), C _ (1) and C _ (3), C _ (3) and C _ (3), C _ (3), C _ (3), C _ (3), C _ (2), C _ (2), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1), C _ (1) and C _ (3). The content of LDL-C and the activities of serum lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and liver lipase (HLL) were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. 3 experimental results. Compared with the control group, the LDL-C levels in the blood of the drug group were significantly lower than those in the control group. However, HDL-C increased significantly (P < 0. 05), but there was no significant difference in serum TC and HDL-C during exercise for 40 minutes or 60 minutes. TG in the exercise group treated with 40min and 60min decreased significantly (P < 0. 01), and it was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0. 05 and P < 0. 05), and was significantly lower than that in the 40 min exercise group (P < 0. 05 and P < 0. 05), while that in the 40min and 60min exercise groups was significantly lower than that in the 40 min exercise group (P < 0. 05 and P < 0. 05). LDL-C in blood decreased significantly (P < 0. 05), while LDL-C in 40min exercise group was significantly lower than that in 40min exercise group (P < 0. 05), and was significantly lower than that in 40min exercise group (P < 0. 05), and was significantly lower than that in 40min exercise group (P < 0. 05). The activity of LPL in the serum of the treatment group and the 40min exercise group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0. 05). The serum LPL activity in the 40min exercise group was significantly higher than that in the 40min exercise group (P < 0. 01), and was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0. 05), and was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). There was no significant effect on HL activity in both groups and other groups. 4 conclusion. 4.1 taking Jinkui Shenqi Pill alone can significantly inhibit the increase of TCU TGN LDL-C in blood of aged rats, and promote the increase of HDL-C content and LPL activity, suggesting that Jinguishenqi Pill can regulate lipid metabolism to some extent. 4.2 exercise could significantly reduce the content of serum TG-LDL-C and increase the activity of LPL in the blood of middle-aged and aged rats, suggesting that the appropriate exercise could improve the disorder of lipid metabolism in middle-aged and aged rats. 4.3 the combination of Jingui Shenqi pills and exercise has a significant effect on reducing the level of serum TGG LDL-C and increasing the activity of LPL in aged rats, and the effect is better than that of taking medicine and exercise alone. It suggested that Jingui Shenqi Pill combined with exercise had a good effect on regulating lipid metabolism in aged rats.
