【摘要】：正患者男,42歲,體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)腎上腺占位1個(gè)月入院。CT:平掃示左側(cè)腎上腺一分葉狀低密度腫塊,CT值10 HU,內(nèi)見(jiàn)多個(gè)結(jié)節(jié)狀鈣化灶,邊界清晰(圖1A);增強(qiáng)掃描3期病灶均強(qiáng)化不明顯,CT值分別為16、14、14HU(圖1B);CT診斷為腎上腺錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤。遂行腹腔鏡下左腎上腺腫瘤切除術(shù),術(shù)中見(jiàn)腫物位于腎上腺內(nèi)側(cè)肢,大小約1.5cm×2.0cm,游離左側(cè)腎上腺,剝離后完整切除整個(gè)腫瘤。病理示腫物呈多房狀,囊腔大小不一,囊壁厚薄不均,少量淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn),囊壁內(nèi)襯單層扁平上皮,腔內(nèi)含血液或淋巴液;病理診斷:腎上腺血管淋巴瘤,伴鈣
[Abstract]:A 42-year-old male with a left adrenal mass was admitted to the hospital for 1 month by physical examination. Ct scan showed a low density mass of the left adrenal gland with a CT value of 10 HU.Many nodular calcifications were found in the lesion. The boundary was clear (Fig. 1A); the CT value of all the lesions in phase 3 of enhanced scan was 16 ~ 14 ~ 14 HUU (figure 1). Laparoscopic resection of left adrenal neoplasms was performed, and the tumor was located in the medial adrenal limb during the operation, the CT scan showed that the lesions were located in the medial adrenal limb, and the tumor was located in the medial part of the adrenal gland. The size of the tumor was about 1.5cm 脳 2.0 cm, the left adrenal gland was free, and the whole tumor was removed completely after exfoliation. Pathology showed that the tumor was multilocular, the size of the cyst cavity was different, the thickness of the cyst wall was uneven, a small number of lymphocytes infiltrated, and the cystic wall was lined with a single flat epithelium.
