【摘要】：目的 :探討先天性肝門-體靜脈分流(CIPSVS)的CT特征,提高其診斷準確率。方法 :回顧性分析6例CIPSVS的影像學表現(xiàn),均利用MPR、MIP及VR顯示病灶。結果:6例中,5例門靜脈與肝靜脈分流,1例門靜脈直接與下腔靜脈分流,其中4處合并靜脈瘤。結論:MSCT利用MPR、MIP及VR,在IPSVS診斷中具有特征性表現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the CT features of congenital portal-systemic shunt (CIPSVS) and to improve its diagnostic accuracy. Methods: the imaging findings of 6 cases of CIPSVS were retrospectively analyzed. Results among the 6 cases, 5 cases had portal vein and hepatic vein shunt and 1 case had direct portal vein shunt and inferior vena cava shunt, among which 4 cases were complicated with vena cava. Conclusion MPR-MIP and VR have characteristic features in diagnosis of IPSVS by using MPR-MIP and VR.
