【摘要】：目的研討基于三維適形放射治療計(jì)劃的多層螺旋CT掃描技術(shù)及應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法隨機(jī)抽取需接受放射治療的患者共計(jì)80例,將所有患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,分別是觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組患者均為40例,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)方法制定放療計(jì)劃,觀察組采用多層螺旋CT掃描技術(shù)制定放療計(jì)劃,比較兩組患者的三維適形放射治療總緩解率以及患者滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組的總緩解率(95.00%)高于對(duì)照組(77.50%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組的滿意率高達(dá)92.50%,對(duì)照組患者的滿意率為75.00%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論基于三維適形放射治療計(jì)劃的多層螺旋CT掃描技術(shù)及應(yīng)用價(jià)值較高,在腫瘤組織的緩解率方面提高顯著,臨床上可予以借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the technique and value of multi-slice spiral CT scanning based on three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy plan. Methods 80 patients were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. There were 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional radiotherapy plan, and the patients in the observation group were treated with multi-slice spiral CT scanning. Results the total remission rate of the observation group was 95.00) higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.50%, and that of the control group was up to 92.50%. The meaning rate was 75.00, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the multi-slice spiral CT scanning technique based on three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy plan and its application value are higher. The remission rate of tumor tissue has been improved significantly, which can be used for reference in clinic.
