【摘要】：正病例資料患者,男,8歲。主訴出生時即發(fā)現(xiàn)右手腕發(fā)育(與健側(cè)相比)不良,并指少指畸形,形成蹼狀,活動不便。隨著人體不斷生長發(fā)育,右手腕畸形程度加大,其間家人帶其到當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診過,診斷先天畸形,治療難度大,因此而放棄。因近來患者要求矯正并能治療恢復(fù)一些手部功能而來院診治。查體:生命體征正常,神志清楚,頭顱、五官、軀體檢查未見異常,發(fā)育良好、無畸形,其它肢體活動尚自如;心肺腹部檢查未發(fā)現(xiàn)異常;神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)檢查陰性。�？茩z查情況:右手腕相對左側(cè)發(fā)
[Abstract]:The patient with positive case data, male 8 years old, was found at birth to have poor development of the right wrist (compared with the healthy side), deformity of the finger with less finger, forming webbed shape, and inconvenience.As the human body continued to grow and develop, the degree of the deformity of the right wrist increased. During this period, his family took him to the local hospital to see a doctor, diagnosed congenital malformation, and was difficult to treat, so he gave up. Because of the recent request of the patient to correct and restore some hand functions, he came to hospital for treatment. Physical examination: the vital signs are normal and the mind is clear. Head, facial organs, somatic examination is not abnormal, well-developed, no deformity, other limb activity is still free; cardiopulmonary abdominal examination did not find abnormal; nervous system test negative. Specialized examination: right wrist relative to the left hair
