【摘要】：目的探討下肢腫瘤放療中利用丁字鞋固定體位相較于常規(guī)負壓墊固定對擺位時間和擺位精度的影響。方法選擇下肢腫瘤患者20例,簡單隨機分為A組(10例)和B組(10例),A組用真空負壓墊固定,B組用丁字鞋定位,每例患者治療前均采用錐形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)掃描配準糾正擺位誤差,統(tǒng)計每例患者的擺位誤差和擺位時間,并對2組數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果丁字鞋固定組擺位時間明顯低于負壓墊固定組的擺位時間(P0.05);CBCT圖像配準結(jié)果中,丁字鞋固定組在Lat左右和Lng前后方向上均優(yōu)于負壓墊固定組[(0.25±0.19 vs 0.44±0.16)cm,P=0.028;(0.27±0.18 vs 0.58±0.13)cm,P0.01]。結(jié)論下肢腫瘤放療定位采用丁字鞋定位技術(shù)可以減小擺位難度,縮短擺位時間,減少擺位誤差,值得在臨床中推薦使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of T shoe fixation on the setting time and accuracy of lower extremity tumor radiotherapy compared with conventional negative pressure pad. Methods 20 patients with lower extremity tumor were selected. The patients were divided into two groups: group A (n = 10) and group B (n = 10). Group B was fixed with vacuum negative pressure pad and group B was fixed with T-shoes. Before treatment, each patient was treated with cone-bundle CT(cone beam CT) scanning registration to correct the error of pendulum position. The positioning error and time of each patient were counted and the two groups of data were statistically analyzed. Results the time of setting position in the T shoe fixation group was significantly lower than that in the negative pressure pad fixation group (P 0.05) and the result of CBCT image registration was lower than that in the negative pressure pad group. The T-shoe fixation group was superior to the negative pressure pad group in the direction of Lat and Lng [0. 25 鹵0. 19 vs 0. 44 鹵0. 16 cm ~ (-1)] (0. 27 鹵0. 18 vs 0. 58 鹵0. 13 cm ~ (-1) P0.01). Conclusion the T shoe positioning technique can reduce the difficulty, shorten the time and decrease the error of lower extremity tumor radiotherapy. It is recommended for clinical use.
