【摘要】：目的探討乏脂肪腎血管平滑肌脂肪瘤與均質(zhì)腎細(xì)胞腎癌的動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)CT征象,提高對(duì)鑒別均質(zhì)腎腫瘤良惡性診斷的準(zhǔn)確率,為臨床外科手術(shù)治療提供幫助。方法回顧性分析7例乏脂肪腎血管平滑肌脂肪瘤與20例平掃呈均質(zhì)的腎透明細(xì)胞腎癌CT動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)影像,所有病例均進(jìn)行多層螺旋CT動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)掃描,并全部經(jīng)手術(shù)證實(shí)。結(jié)果 2組病例在平掃密度、強(qiáng)化形式、強(qiáng)化程度、皮髓期與實(shí)質(zhì)期CT值的差值差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),證明CT增強(qiáng)在鑒別乏脂肪腎血管平滑肌脂肪瘤與均質(zhì)腎細(xì)胞腎癌具有重要意義。結(jié)論腎臟腫瘤行CT增強(qiáng)檢查可以提高術(shù)前診斷的正確性,有助于指導(dǎo)臨床術(shù)前手術(shù)評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the dynamic enhanced CT findings of adipogenic renal angiomyolipoma and homogenous renal cell renal cell carcinoma, and to improve the accuracy of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant homogenous renal tumors. Methods dynamic enhanced CT images of 7 cases of adipose renal angiomyolipoma and 20 cases of homogenous renal clear cell renal cell carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients underwent dynamic enhanced multi-slice spiral CT scan, and all of them were proved by operation. Results in the two groups, the density, the form and the degree of enhancement were observed in plain scan, enhancement form and degree of enhancement. The difference of CT value between the stage of skin marrow and the period of parenchyma is statistically significant (P 0.05), which proves that CT enhancement has important significance in differentiating adipogenic renal angiomyolipoma from homogeneous renal cell renal cell carcinoma. Conclusion CT enhanced examination of renal tumor can be used for the diagnosis of renal tumor. To improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis, It is helpful to guide clinical preoperative surgical evaluation.
