【摘要】：分析乳腺癌放射治療體位固定技術(shù)的改進(jìn)方法。依據(jù)完全隨機分組法將我院收治的115例行乳腺癌保乳術(shù)后調(diào)強放療患者分為2組,對照組57例行單純?nèi)橄偻屑芄潭?研究組58例行楔形真空袋、直腸癌體架與熱塑體膜聯(lián)合固定,比較2組的體位固定效果。研究組腹背、頭腳、左右3個擺位方向的誤差[(2.02±0.13)mm、(2.30±0.41)mm、(2.11±0.35)mm]明顯小于對照組[(3.25±0.92)mm、(3.88±0.94)mm、(3.92±0.96)mm],兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。通過改進(jìn)體位固定技術(shù),可縮小患者的擺位誤差,提高整體擺位的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:To analyze the improved technique of position fixation for breast cancer radiotherapy, 115 breast cancer patients treated by IMRT were divided into two groups, 57 patients in control group were treated with simple mammary gland bracket fixation, and 115 patients were treated with IMRT after breast conserving operation in our hospital, and 57 patients in control group were treated with simple breast carrier fixation. In the study group, 58 cases were treated with wedge-shaped vacuum bag, rectal cancer frame and thermoplastic membrane were fixed together to compare the effect of postural fixation in the two groups. The error of the left and right three pendulum directions [2.02 鹵0.13mm ~ 2.11 鹵0.35mm] was significantly lower than that of the control group [3.25 鹵0.92 鹵0.96mm]. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.055.With the improvement of position fixation technique, the accuracy of the whole pendulum position could be reduced and the accuracy of the whole pendulum position could be improved.
