普通大學生踝關節(jié)肌肉活動與動態(tài)平衡能力關系的相關性分析

【摘要】:研究目的: 本研究旨在通過測試普通大學生的動態(tài)平衡能力,結合同步表面肌電信號收集,加上踝關節(jié)肌力訓練,研究踝關節(jié)相關肌肉在平衡調(diào)節(jié)時的活動情況以及肌力改變對動態(tài)平衡能力的貢獻性,以了解踝關節(jié)肌肉活動和肌力與動態(tài)平衡能力的關系及機制。 研究方法: 選擇武漢體育學院健康科學學院大三的本科生為研究對象,選擇同一個班的16名男生為實驗受試者,隨機分為兩組每組8人,進行兩種測試和一種訓練。包括平衡能力測試,其中又分為單腳穩(wěn)定度限制測試los和單腳穩(wěn)定性測試asl,在biodex balancesystem上進行。平衡能力測試同時收集同步肌電信號,用ME6000T16表面肌電測試系統(tǒng)收集。測試組在第一次測試之后進行為期六周,每周2次的等速力量訓練,在biodexsystem-4等速測試儀上進行。對照組也進行兩次平衡能力測試,中間不進行任何干預,間隔時間為測試組整個訓練的周期。 結論: (1)通過等速踝關節(jié)跖屈背屈,內(nèi)翻外翻30°/s和60°/s提高踝關節(jié)跖屈背屈,內(nèi)翻外翻的肌力和做功能力,可使平衡能力測試的水平顯著得到提高。 (2)腓腸肌后段,腓腸肌中段前脛骨肌,比目魚肌,踝伸肌群,的不同組合的肌力分別對與穩(wěn)定度限制測試中的綜合控制能力有不同的高作用率,并且方程有顯著性。與穩(wěn)定度限制測試中的測試完成時間缺少高度的方程擬合度,并且方程無顯著性。與單腳穩(wěn)定性測試的綜合擺動,前后擺動指數(shù)有高方程擬合度,,并且方程有顯著性,與左右擺動指數(shù)方程擬合度弱,并且方程無顯著性。 (3)隨著穩(wěn)定性限制測試等級的升高,平衡能力指數(shù)與肌肉的IEMG、MF擬合度組合減少,概率降低。此測試難度4的單腳穩(wěn)定性測試有穩(wěn)定的IEMG、MF擬合度。 (4)同步肌電測試指標IEMG在穩(wěn)定度限制測試和單腳穩(wěn)定性測試中,存在與成績成正相關趨勢的可能,MF與成績成負相關的可能,單腳穩(wěn)定性測試中趨勢尤其明顯。
[Abstract]:Objectives of the study:. The purpose of this study was to test the dynamic balance ability of college students, combined with synchronous surface electromyography (EMG) signal collection and ankle strength training. In order to understand the relationship and mechanism between ankle muscle activity and dynamic balance ability, the movement of ankle muscle and the contribution of muscle strength change to dynamic balance ability were studied in order to understand the relationship between ankle muscle activity and dynamic balance ability. Research methods:. The undergraduate students of Wuhan Institute of physical Education and Health Sciences were selected as the research subjects, and 16 male students from the same class were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups of 8 people each, two kinds of tests and one kind of training, including the balance ability test. It is divided into one foot stability restriction test (los) and one foot stability test (ASL) on biodex balancesystem. The balance ability test also collects synchronous EMG signals. After the first test, the test group received isokinetic strength training twice a week for six weeks. The control group was also tested twice on the biodexsystem-4 isokinetic tester. There was no intervention and the interval was the whole training period of the test group. Conclusion:. 1) through isokinetic ankle metatarsal flexion, varus valgus 30 擄/ s and 60 擄/ s, the muscle strength and work ability of ankle metatarsal flexion and varus valgus can be improved significantly. 2) the muscle strength of the posterior segment of gastrocnemius muscle, anterior tibial muscle of gastrocnemius muscle, soleus muscle, and extensor malleolus group has different high effects on the comprehensive control ability in the stability restriction test. And the equation is significant. It is lack of high degree of equation fitting with the test completion time in the stability restriction test, and the equation has no significance. With the integrated swing of the single leg stability test, the front and back swing index has high equation fitting degree. Moreover, the equation is significant, weak with the left and right swing index equation, and the equation has no significance. 3) with the increase of the stability limit test grade, the combination of the balance ability index and the muscle IEMGN MF fit degree decreased, and the probability decreased. (4) in the stability restriction test and the monopod stability test, there is a possibility that the positive correlation between MF and the achievement is negative, especially in the monopod stability test, which is the index of synchronous electromyography (IEMG).
