【摘要】：為了探索運(yùn)動(dòng)療法對(duì)網(wǎng)球肘的康復(fù)效果,對(duì)25例網(wǎng)球肘患者進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)療法干預(yù),并分析干預(yù)前后的肘關(guān)節(jié)疼痛度、肘關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度、肘關(guān)節(jié)肌肉力量、肌肉耐力、肘關(guān)節(jié)肌肉本體感覺的數(shù)據(jù),以判斷運(yùn)動(dòng)療法對(duì)網(wǎng)球肘的康復(fù)效果。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過(guò)三個(gè)階段為期45天運(yùn)動(dòng)療法的治療,檢測(cè)25例網(wǎng)球肘患者的相關(guān)指標(biāo),發(fā)現(xiàn)患者肘部疼痛度有了明顯減輕,VAS實(shí)驗(yàn)前后數(shù)據(jù)分析P0.01,有顯著性差異;實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的肘關(guān)節(jié)肌肉力量以及肌肉耐力數(shù)據(jù)有顯著性差異,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后肘關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度數(shù)據(jù)有顯著性差異,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后肘關(guān)節(jié)本體感覺有顯著性差異。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the effect of exercise therapy on the rehabilitation of tennis elbow, 25 cases of tennis elbow were treated with exercise therapy, and the pain degree, movement degree, muscle strength, muscle endurance of elbow joint before and after intervention were analyzed. The data of muscle proprioceptive sensation of elbow joint were used to judge the rehabilitation effect of exercise therapy on tennis elbow. The results showed that after three stages of 45 days exercise therapy, 25 patients with tennis elbow were examined for related indexes. It was found that there was significant difference in the pain degree of elbow before and after VAS test (P0.01), and there was significant difference in muscle strength and endurance of elbow joint before and after the experiment. There were significant differences in the elbow motion before and after the experiment and the proprioceptive sensation of the elbow before and after the experiment.
