MIM軟件CT圖像自動(dòng)剛性配準(zhǔn)的準(zhǔn)確性研究

【摘要】:目的:驗(yàn)證分析放射治療應(yīng)用靶區(qū)勾畫軟件MIM的CT圖像自動(dòng)剛性配準(zhǔn)的準(zhǔn)確性。方法:利用西門子SOMATOM Definition AS CT掃描機(jī)對(duì)Penta-Guide模體進(jìn)行掃描,獲得的CT圖像作為參考圖像,再將模體相對(duì)于等中心沿左右、頭腳和前后3個(gè)方向移動(dòng)預(yù)定的距離,以及在冠狀面旋轉(zhuǎn)預(yù)定角度再平移,分別進(jìn)行CT掃描;所獲得的CT圖像以DICOM格式傳輸至MIM6.5.4系統(tǒng),與參考圖像配準(zhǔn),分析左右、頭腳和前后方向的平移配準(zhǔn)誤差以及冠狀面旋轉(zhuǎn)配準(zhǔn)誤差;選擇頭部腫瘤患者進(jìn)行患者CT圖像配準(zhǔn)的驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果:Penta-Guide模體在左右、頭腳和前后3個(gè)方向的配準(zhǔn)誤差均1 mm,冠狀面旋轉(zhuǎn)方向配準(zhǔn)誤差均0.5~o。頭部疾病患者在左右、頭腳和前后3個(gè)方向的配準(zhǔn)誤差也1 mm。結(jié)論:MIM軟件CT圖像自動(dòng)剛性配準(zhǔn)的準(zhǔn)確性好,操作簡(jiǎn)單,可應(yīng)用于臨床。
[Abstract]:Objective: to verify and analyze the accuracy of automatic rigid registration of CT images using target mapping software MIM in radiotherapy. Methods: Siemens SOMATOM Definition as CT scanner was used to scan Penta-Guide motifs, and the obtained CT images were used as reference images. Then the motif moves the predetermined distance from the left to the right, the head, foot and the front and rear three directions, and then rotates the predetermined angle in the coronal plane to perform CT scanning respectively, and the obtained CT images are transmitted to the MIM6.5.4 system in DICOM format. With reference image registration, the alignment errors of head, feet, head and foot and the rotation of coronal plane were analyzed. The CT image registration of patients with head tumor was verified by selecting the patients with head tumor. Results the head Penta-Guide motifs were on the left and right. The registration errors of head, foot and anterior and posterior directions are 1 mm, and the errors of rotation direction of coronal plane are 0.5 mm. The registration errors of head, feet and front and rear directions of head disease patients are also 1 mm. Conclusion the accuracy of CT image automatic rigid registration of head and foot is good. It is easy to operate and can be used in clinic.
