不同負(fù)荷間歇游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)衰老小鼠自由基代謝及抗氧化酶活性影響的研究

【摘要】:背景:衰老是生物體因受年齡增長的影響而發(fā)生的生理形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)退化的一種表現(xiàn),延緩衰老是人類亙古未變的愿望。運(yùn)動(dòng)可以抗衰老已是不爭的事實(shí),也是運(yùn)動(dòng)人體科學(xué)學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn)之一,而存在較大爭議的是運(yùn)動(dòng)方式的使用。 目的:本研究通過對(duì)D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠進(jìn)行不同負(fù)荷的間歇游泳訓(xùn)練,分析不同負(fù)荷間歇游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)衰老小鼠不同組織中自由基代謝及抗氧化酶系統(tǒng)的影響,,探討最有效的延緩衰老運(yùn)動(dòng)方式。 方法:對(duì)新購置小鼠注射D-半乳糖,進(jìn)行衰老造模。將造模成功的衰老型小鼠按照每組10只的數(shù)量分成4組:①衰老對(duì)照組(OC)、②無負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)組(OS)、③負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)組(OL)、④無負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)與負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)交替組(OSOL),按照不同負(fù)荷的間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行6周游泳訓(xùn)練。訓(xùn)練結(jié)束后,將各組小鼠分別稱重、處死、取出腓腸肌和心肌,檢測腓腸肌和心肌中丙二醛(MDA)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)等指標(biāo)。 結(jié)果:(1)衰老無負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)組MDA含量與衰老對(duì)照組比較顯著下降(P㩳0.05);SOD活性、T-AOC顯著性升高(P㩳0.05);CAT、GSH-Px、活性極顯著性升高(P㩳0.01)。 (2)衰老負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)組MDA含量與衰老對(duì)照組相比有所降低,但差異性不顯著(P>0.05);SOD、 CAT、活性、T-AOC升高不明顯(P>0.05);GSH-Px活性有顯著性升高(P㩳0.05)。 (3)交替運(yùn)動(dòng)組MDA含量與衰老對(duì)照組比較有顯著性下降(P㩳0.05);SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性、T-AOC都有極顯著性升高(P㩳0.01)。 結(jié)論:三種不同負(fù)荷的間歇游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)方式對(duì)延緩衰老都有一定的作用。無負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)提高組織的抗氧化酶活性有一定的促進(jìn)作用,但抗衰老的作用不顯著;負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)機(jī)體自由基及抗氧化酶的影響不明顯;交替運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)機(jī)體組織自由基代謝及抗氧化酶活性的影響均大于無負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)和負(fù)重間歇運(yùn)動(dòng),延緩衰老的作用也最明顯。
[Abstract]:Background: aging is a manifestation of the deterioration of physiological structure of organisms affected by age, and delaying aging is the eternal desire of human beings. It is an indisputable fact that exercise can resist aging. It is also one of the hotspots of sports human body scientists, and the use of sports methods is controversial. Objective: to study the effects of intermittent swimming training on free radical metabolism and antioxidant system in different tissues of aging mice induced by D-galactose. To explore the most effective anti-aging exercise mode. Methods: the newly acquired mice were injected with D-galactose. The successful aging mice were divided into 4 groups according to the number of 10 mice in each group. The control group was divided into 4 groups. For group OSOL, swimming training was carried out for 6 weeks according to intermittent exercise with different loads. After the training, The mice in each group were weighed and killed, and the indexes of malondialdehyde (MDA) MDAA, catalase (catalase), superoxide dismutase (SOD), total antioxidant capacity (T- AOC), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were detected in gastrocnemius and myocardium. Results (1) the content of MDA in aging without weight intermittent exercise group was significantly lower than that in aging control group. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and T-AOC increased significantly (P < 0.05). The activity of GSH-Px in CATX was significantly increased. 0.01g. (2) the content of MDA in the aging weight-bearing intermittent exercise group was lower than that in the aging control group, but the difference was not significant (P > 0.05), the activity of T-AOC was not significantly increased (P > 0.05), the activity of GSH-Px was significantly increased. 0.05. The content of MDA in the alternating exercise group was significantly lower than that in the aging control group. The activity of GSH-Px and T-AOC were significantly increased in CATX. 0.01g. Conclusion: three kinds of intermittent swimming exercises with different loads have certain effects on delaying senescence. Intermittent exercise with no load can promote the activity of antioxidant enzymes in tissues, but the effect of anti-aging is not significant. The effects of intermittent exercise on free radical and antioxidant oxidase were not obvious, and the effects of alternate exercise on free radical metabolism and antioxidant enzyme activity were greater than those on intermittent exercise without load and intermittent exercise with weight. The effect of delaying aging is also the most obvious.
