【摘要】：目的用錐形束CT(CBCT)分析上頜前牙區(qū)鼻腭管及唇側(cè)骨的形態(tài)。方法收集并篩選出712例正常人上頜前牙區(qū)CBCT影像,對(duì)其鼻腭管、唇側(cè)骨的相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)量分析。結(jié)果研究對(duì)象年齡范圍在5~80歲,男306例(43.0%),女406例(57.0%)。鼻腭管矢狀面平均長(zhǎng)度為(13.58±2.22)mm,矢狀面平均直徑為(3.37±1.58)mm,唇側(cè)骨矢狀面平均厚度為(7.63±1.50)mm,鼻腭管直徑與唇側(cè)骨厚度相對(duì)值為0.46±0.19,長(zhǎng)度相對(duì)值為0.69±0.10。結(jié)論各年齡段人群之間鼻腭管的直徑、長(zhǎng)度和唇側(cè)骨厚度存在一定差異。兒童的鼻腭管直徑小于成人(P0.000 1),唇側(cè)骨厚度大于成人(P0.000 1)。隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),鼻腭管直徑和長(zhǎng)度均呈遞增趨勢(shì),唇側(cè)骨厚度遞減。男性的鼻腭管直徑、長(zhǎng)度和唇側(cè)骨厚度、長(zhǎng)度均大于女性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the morphology of nasopalatine canal and labial bone in maxillary anterior teeth by CT-CT-CT.Methods CBCT images of maxillary anterior teeth were collected and screened in 712 normal subjects, and the nasopalatine canals were analyzed. The related parameters of labial bone were measured and analyzed. The average length of sagittal plane of nasopalatine tube was 13.58 鹵2.22 mm, the average diameter of sagittal plane was 3.37 鹵1.58 mm, the average thickness of sagittal plane of lip was 7.63 鹵1.50 mm, the relative value of diameter of nasopalatine duct to labial bone was 0.46 鹵0.19 and the relative value of length was 0.69 鹵0.10.Conclusion the average thickness of sagittal plane of lip is 0.46 鹵0.19. The diameter of the nasopalatine canal between the crowd, The diameter of nasopalatine canal in children was smaller than that in adults (P 0.000 1), and the thickness of lip bone was larger than that in adults (P 0.000 1). The diameter and length of nasopalatine canal increased with age. The diameter and length of nasopalatine canal and the thickness and length of labial bone were all larger in males than in females.
