【摘要】：目的:探討穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合阿替洛爾對(duì)老年氣滯血瘀型冠心病患者心率變異性的影響,并研究聯(lián)合用藥在冠心病螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:選取122例老年氣滯血瘀型冠心病患者,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法將其分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,每組61例。觀察組患者口服穩(wěn)心顆粒2周,檢查的當(dāng)日聯(lián)合應(yīng)用阿替洛爾后進(jìn)行CT掃描;對(duì)照組檢查當(dāng)日口服阿替洛爾后進(jìn)行CT掃描。觀察比較兩組患者心率、心率波動(dòng)控制情況,分析心率及重建時(shí)相對(duì)CTA圖像質(zhì)量的影響。結(jié)果:觀察組患者治療后冠脈成像質(zhì)量右冠脈(RCA)、左前降支(LAD)、左旋支(LCX)評(píng)分及綜合評(píng)分明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組相比有差異(t=0.870,t=0.903,t=1.097,t=0.913;P0.05)。觀察組檢查過(guò)程中平均心率、心率波動(dòng)及率變異性(HRV)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組相比有差異(x~2=6.785,x~2=6.844,x~2=12.151;P0.05)。結(jié)論:穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合阿替洛爾治療可有效改善氣滯血瘀型冠心病患者心律失常及心率變異性,提高冠狀動(dòng)脈CTA成像質(zhì)量,具有臨床應(yīng)用及推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Wenxin granule combined with atenolol on heart rate variability in elderly patients with coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type. To study the value of combined use of drugs in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with spiral CT angiography. Methods: 122 elderly patients with coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. There were 61 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given Wenxin granule for 2 weeks, the patients in the observation group were scanned by CT after the combined use of atenolol on the same day, and the patients in the control group were scanned by CT after taking atenolol on the same day. The heart rate was observed and compared between the two groups. Results: right coronary imaging quality, left anterior descending coronary artery, left anterior descending branch, left lateral branch of left anterior descending branch and left lateral branch of left lateral branch were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group, and the effect of heart rate and reconstruction on the quality of CTA images was analyzed. There was a significant difference between the two groups. The mean heart rate, heart rate fluctuation and rate of variability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the mean heart rate, heart rate fluctuation and rate of variability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the mean heart rate, heart rate fluctuation and rate of variability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was a difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the combination of Wenxin granule and atenolol can effectively improve arrhythmia and heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, and improve the quality of coronary CTA imaging, which has clinical application and popularization value.
