【摘要】：目的探討小劑量對(duì)比劑團(tuán)注測試(test bolus)的掃描方案在寶石CT頭頸部動(dòng)脈成像中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法將100例行頭頸部CTA檢查者分為A、B兩組,各50例。A組:用20mL對(duì)比劑及20mL生理鹽水團(tuán)注測試。B組:用4mL對(duì)比劑及20mL生理鹽水團(tuán)注測試。兩組測試完后均用50 mL對(duì)比劑及50 mL生理鹽水行增強(qiáng)掃描。利用微鈣化點(diǎn)感興趣區(qū)域(MROI)分析軟件觀察并測量test期C_4段頸總動(dòng)脈、平掃期C_4段頸總動(dòng)脈及大腦中動(dòng)脈CT值,采用雙盲法,由兩名有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的放射科CT技師分別獨(dú)立進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析。結(jié)果兩名技師對(duì)兩組test期C_4段頸總動(dòng)脈強(qiáng)化情況的評(píng)分結(jié)果的差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(U=208、236,P0.05)。兩名技師對(duì)兩組test期C_4段頸總動(dòng)脈、平掃期C_4段頸總動(dòng)脈及大腦中動(dòng)脈CT值測量結(jié)果中,兩組間差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.276、0.243,P0.05)。結(jié)論寶石CT行頭頸CTA檢查時(shí),應(yīng)用4mL對(duì)比劑及20mL生理鹽水團(tuán)注測試,同樣能獲得良好的圖像質(zhì)量,能滿足C_4段頸總動(dòng)脈達(dá)峰時(shí)間的準(zhǔn)確測量,還降低了總對(duì)比劑的用量。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of small dose contrast agent group test test bolus in the application of sapphire CT angiography of the head and neck. Methods 100 cases of head and neck CTA were divided into two groups. Group A: 20 mL contrast agent and 20 mL saline group injection test. Group B: 4 mL contrast agent and 20 mL saline group injection test. Both groups were scanned with 50 mL contrast agent and 50 mL normal saline after the test. The region of interest (test) analysis software was used to observe and measure the four segments of carotid artery in test. The CT value of common carotid artery and middle cerebral artery in C4-segment of C _ 4 in plain scan period was determined by double blind method. Results there was no significant difference in the enhancement of C4 carotid arteries between the two groups in test stage. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the evaluation of C4-segment carotid artery enhancement in test stage. The two technicians compared the two groups with C4-segment common carotid artery in test phase. The CT values of common carotid artery and middle cerebral artery were not significantly different between the two groups in plain scan phase. Conclusion when head and neck CTA were performed by sapphire CT, 4 mL contrast agent and 20 mL normal saline were used to measure the CT value of the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of CT value of C4-segment common carotid artery and middle cerebral artery, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the CT value of the common carotid artery and the middle cerebral artery. Good image quality can also be obtained, which can satisfy the accurate measurement of the peak time of C _ 4 common carotid artery, and reduce the amount of total contrast agent.
