【摘要】：正相關研究成果提示,造成高齡老年人行走能力較差的因素,除疾病困擾等病理原因外,多與老年人自身體質下降、身體功能衰退有重要關系〔1〕,其中肌肉萎縮、力量衰減及協(xié)調能力減弱等,是致使老年人步履蹣跚、行走能力下降的重要因素〔2〕。報道指出,通過必要的肌力和協(xié)調能力訓練,能夠明顯提高老年人的行走能力及平衡功能〔3〕,本研究觀察土家族擺手舞聯(lián)合磁脈沖刺激對人體下肢肌力訓練及人體協(xié)調能力的改善作用。
[Abstract]:Positive correlation research results suggest that the factors that cause the poor walking ability of the elderly people, except for pathological reasons such as disease distress, are mainly related to the decline of their own physique and the decline of their physical function, in which muscle atrophy is one of the most important factors. The attenuation of strength and the weakening of coordination ability are the important factors that cause the elderly to stumble and decrease their walking ability. The report points out that through the necessary training of muscle strength and coordination ability, It can obviously improve the walking ability and balance function of the elderly. The purpose of this study was to observe the improvement of the muscle strength training and the coordination ability of the lower limbs of the human body by the combination of the Tujia hand waving and the magnetic pulse stimulation.
