【摘要】：目的分析軍事飛行員冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)患者血清視黃醇結(jié)合蛋白4(rentinol binding protein4,RBP4)水平變化,探討RBP4與軍事飛行員冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)性。方法收集軍事飛行員冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化50例作為AS組,健康軍事飛行員200名作為健康組,收集健康地勤人員200例作為對(duì)照組,通過酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測(cè)定各組血清RBP4。結(jié)果對(duì)照組、健康組及飛行員AS組血清RBP4平均水平依次升高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論血清RBP4可以作為提示軍事飛行員冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的指標(biāo)之一,值得進(jìn)一步深入研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes of serum retinol binding protein (4) binding protein 4 (RBP4) levels in military pilots with atherosclerotic coronary artery disease (ASA). To investigate the correlation between RBP4 and the risk of coronary atherosclerosis in military pilots. Methods 50 military pilots were selected as as group and 200 healthy military pilots as healthy group. Two hundred healthy ground crew members were collected as control group. Serum RBP4 was measured by Elisa. Results the average level of serum RBP4 in control group, healthy group and pilot as group increased in turn. Conclusion Serum RBP4 can be used as an index to indicate the risk of coronary atherosclerosis in military pilots, and it is worthy of further study.
