體視學(xué)技術(shù)——揭示軍事傷病病理和機(jī)理的金鑰匙

【摘要】:本研究歷時近30年。建立和完善了多種體視學(xué)參數(shù)的計算模型和分析方法,率先將體視學(xué)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于輻射損傷和戰(zhàn)創(chuàng)傷病變規(guī)律和特點、分子機(jī)理和防治措施的研究中。定量揭示了軍事病理學(xué)研究中諸多科學(xué)問題,深化認(rèn)識了其細(xì)胞和分子機(jī)制,進(jìn)而制定了輻射損傷和創(chuàng)傷量化診斷指標(biāo)/標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提高了軍事病理學(xué)研究水平,并建立了體視學(xué)新技術(shù)普及和推廣應(yīng)用的系列新模式。
[Abstract]:This study lasted for nearly 30 years. The models and analysis methods of various stereological parameters were established and perfected, and the stereology technology was first applied to radiation damage and war trauma lesions. In the study of molecular mechanism and prevention and cure measures, many scientific problems in the study of military pathology were revealed quantitatively, and the cellular and molecular mechanisms were deeply understood, and then the quantitative diagnostic indexes / criteria for radiation damage and trauma were established. The research level of military pathology has been improved, and a series of new models for popularizing and popularizing new stereology techniques have been established.
